Charles "Chuck" George Woofter, 49, of Elrama, passed away at West Penn Hospital on Thursday, January 14, 2016. He was born January 18, 1966, in Monongahela, to Mildred Graham Woofter, and the late Charles R. Woofter. In addition to his mother, he is also survived by his wife of 23 years, Barbara Jean Piper Woofter, as well as his three children: James Charles Woofter, Lucas Adam Woofter, and Crystal Lynn Woofter, all of Elrama. He is also survived by a sister, Janice L. Woofter, of Jefferson Hills. Charles was a skilled mechanic and a jack of many trades, and will be sorely missed by his family.
