Ruth A. (Young) Adams, age 80, of North Huntingdon, passed away Thursday, March 6, 2025. She was born August 15, 1944 in Ogden, Utah, a daughter of the late Ralph and Violet (Wolstenhulme) Young. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints. She loved to garden and was vice-president of her garden club. She was a Reiki Master. Ruth was an animal lover and loved her kitties. She is survived by her children Wendy Jo Adams, Martin Adams, Jason Adams and Dawn Simpson; loving “Grammy” to grandchildren Brennan* (Dani) Schricker, Cameron Schricker, Logan Kaczynski, Miranda Adams, Jackson Adams and Alexander (Emily) Fish (Adams); beloved “GiGi” to great grandchildren Brody and Hailey; brother Beryl (Beverly) Young; also nieces. Friends and family will be received Monday from 3 p.m. till time of funeral service at 7 p.m. at the William Snyder Funeral Home, 521 Main Street, Irwin, 724-863-1200.
