Pamela D. McDonough, age 65, of McKeesport, died July 20, 2021, at home. Born June 11, 1956, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Ida (Pellasce ) Wojdyla and the wife of the late Phillip T. McDonough, Jr.

Pam retired from McKeesport Hospital, where she was a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish, and attended Corpus Christi Church. Pam enjoyed amusement parks, reading, and making cross-stitch blankets for everyone. She was also an animal lover, leaving behind her cats. Pam was very proud of her grandchildren and cherished the time they spent together.

Lois J Carey, age 90, of McKeesport, died July 18, 2021, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born on December 11, 1930, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Mary (King) Scott.

Lois was a strong, hardworking woman who retired from cleaning homes at the age of 88. She was well known for her famous cheesy potatoes and her "one of a kind" baking skills, especially her Baklava. She's always had a niche for sewing and crocheting handmade gifts for her family, which they cherish dearly. Her cats and dogs were her world as she selflessly devoted all of her time to make sure they were happy. She was the "glue of the family" and will be missed dearly by all.

Chester K. Stone, Sr., age 76, of McKeesport, formerly of Lincoln Borough died July 14, 2021, at AHN Jefferson Hospital. Born September 7, 1944, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late William, Sr. and Florence (Burchell) Stone.

Chester retired from US Steel, where he was a welder. He began his career at National Tube Works and retired from Irvin Works. Chester was a US Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War, he was also a welding instructor for the Army.  He was awarded the Golden Gloves Boxing Champion of 1963. Chester played semi-pro football, where he was known as the "Claw." He was also known as "Mr. Football" in his high school years. Chester enjoyed working, fishing, and enjoying a toast with friends.

Wanieta Ann Smith, age 83, of Lincoln Place, formerly of McKeesport, died July 10, 2021, at Kane Community Living Center. Born October 18, 1937, in Homestead, she was the daughter of the late Alek and Ruth (Miller) Kundick and the wife of the late Clarence "Smitty" Smith.  
Wanieta was known as "Mrs. Clean" as she always kept her home neat and tidy.  She loved to travel and enjoyed going to Las Vegas.

Edward Balanti, age 92, of McKeesport, died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on July 11,2021.  Born June 26, 1929, in Braddock, he was the son of the late Hugo and Jean (Mazzoni) Balanti and husband of Carol (Giovenazzo) for 42 years.  
In addition to his wife, Ed is survived by children, Edward Balanti, Jr. and Debbie (Gary) Steimer; grandchildren, Bryan Balanti and Dana (Jim) Adams great grand dog Watson; sister, Virginia (John) Osley, many nieces, nephews, and special buddies next door, Gavin, Gannon, and Gracie.  
He was also preceded in death by his first wife, Grace DeNardo, and brother, Sylvester Balanti.  
Ed was a lifetime member of the Braddock Elks Lodge #883, the Wilmerding Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #86 and was the last paid Fire Chief of Braddock.  As an Usher and Eucharistic Minister at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Braddock, he was always active in his church.  Ed was also a member of Mary Mother of God Parish, St. Patrick Church. He always enjoyed crossword puzzles, sweet treats, and 5 o’clock happy hours in Myrtle Beach.

Theresa Jean Mingo, age 90, of McKeesport, died July 6, 2021, at Independence Court. Born August 28, 1930, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Nick and Nicolina (Tori) DeNardo and the wife of the late Charles Mingo.

Theresa was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish. In her younger years, she enjoyed going out dancing with her husband.

Theresa is survived by her children, Annette (Jim) Bryer and Charles "Chuck" (Christine) Mingo Jr.; grandchildren, James (Kerri) Bryer Jr., Jeff  (Jennifer) Bryer, Erika (Andy) Gifford, and Vincent Mingo; 6 great-grandchildren; and siblings, Dominick DeNardo and Mary Snyder.

Marian Jackson, age 84, of McKeesport, died July 5, 2021, at Redstone Highlands in Murrysville.  Born January 23, 1937, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Smilja (Vidnovic) Vukovich and wife of the late Sidney Jackson.  
Marian was a kind, loving, wonderful mother and friend.  She dedicated her life to her entire family and had a wonderful sense of humor.  Her smile would light up a room and will forever be remembered.  She was an angel to her beloved children, grandchildren, and the entire family and will be deeply missed.  
She is survived by children, Deborah (Donald) Zbikowski, of Chicago, IL, Denise Jackson, of Monroeville, and Douglas (Nancy) Jackson, of Murrysville; grandchildren, Nicole (Edward) Beutler, Douglas Zbikowski, Palmer Jackson, and Sydney Jackson; great-grandchildren, Natalie and Eleanor; sister, Joan (Bruce) Matthews; nephews, Jeffrey, David, Mark, Christopher, Michael, and Tegan.
The visitation and service will be private.

Marlene J. Winowitch, age 84, of White Oak, died July 5, 2021, at ManorCare in Monroeville.  Born November 29, 1936, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Pearl (Campbell) Linderman and wife of Raymond M. Winowitch.  
The simplest pleasures in life brought Marlene happiness.  She loved being anywhere where it was warm, especially when she spent time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. When she lived in Florida, she would travel 16 hours like it was nothing to make sure she never missed a family occasion or holiday.  She was creative in nature and always knew how to make a room full of people laugh effortlessly with her one-liners.  She will be remembered for her unique spirit that transcended into crafts she created with the people she loved.  
In addition to her husband, she is survived by children, Tammy (Robert) Tomei, of West Mifflin, Terri (Ronald) Spinosi, of White Oak, Luanne (Christine Hickey) Martino, of Erie, Jeffrey (Michelle) Winowitch, of White Oak, Amy (Kenneth) Farmerie, of Manor, and Mark (Tiffany) Winowitch, of Elizabeth; Eleven grandchildren: Ryan McKelvey, Robert (Ashley) Tomei Jr, Jordan Martino, Tiffany (Brandon) Greiner, Alexa (Chris) Bondra, Cody Farmerie, Mattie Winowitch, Haley Farmerie, Myah Winowitch, Nicholas Winowitch, Alex Winowitch, and six great-grandchildren.  She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Victoria Martino.

Dorothy M. Miller, age 82, of White Oak, formerly of Coulter, died July 2, 2021, at Transitions Healthcare North of Irwin. Born March 23, 1939, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Kathryn (Harris) Robertson and the wife of the late Clarence D. "Kite" Miller.

Dorothy retired from the former Lincoln Hills Country Club, where she worked in the kitchen. She was a member of the former Penns Woods United Methodist Church of Irwin. Dorothy enjoyed walking, riding her bicycle, and spending time outdoors.

Waldhauser.  She was the beloved wife to the late Michael J. McNeal, Jr.  Josephine graduated from Seton High School.   She lived in McKeesport, PA, and was also a long-time resident on Kent Island in Stevensville, MD.  A Real Estate Agent with Wilson Baum Agency in McKeesport, PA,  she enjoyed bingo, the casino, cards, travel, friends and family.  Jo contributed many years and countless hours of volunteer work in the community and was a member/volunteer in several organizations;  KIVFD Ladies Auxiliary, KI Hospice Estate Treasures, KI Over 50’s Club,  St. Christopher’s Outreach & Bingo, Bay Country Moose Ladies Auxiliary  #831, KI Elks  #2576, Memorial Hospital & McKeesport Hospital.

Conrad Petrick

Conrad Petrick, age 89, of North Huntingdon, died June 12, 2021, at Point Pleasant in North Versailles. Born March 23, 1932, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Joseph and Anna Petrick and husband of the late Geraldine "Gerry" Petrick for 57 years.  
Conrad was a 1949 graduate of McKeesport High School and would then enlist in the Army.  After his time spent in the Army, he would attend Duquesne University, where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Physics.  Upon graduating, he worked for Gulf Oil and then Chevron as a physicist.  Conrad had his private pilot's license for 50 years and stored his plane at Rostraver Airport. He was a brilliant man, the one the whole family went to, to ask any question about any subject.  Conrad enjoyed working on cars and frequently volunteered his time to help his son-in-law at his auto repair business.   
He is survived by children Denise Yandrlic, Karen (Robert) Robb, and the late Arlene Petrick; grandchildren, Rachel (Brett) Skelley, Elizabeth (Jesse) Lape, and Victoria (Patrick) Kavinski; great-grandchildren, Vaughn and Margot Skelley and Thomas Lape.
He was also preceded in death by a brother and five sisters.
Arrangements were entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
Memorial contributions are suggested to Christ United Methodist Church of North Huntingdon, 2800 Coulterville Rd., McKeesport, PA 15131.
