Pasquale A. “Pat” Ciccone, age 70, of North Huntingdon, PA, died October 30, 2023 at home. He was the beloved husband of Lynn (Schultise) Ciccone for 41 years. Pat worked for The PA Turnpike Commission, Harrison City Maintenance for 25 years and retired in July 2018. He worked for the City of Pittsburgh for 25 years and was an usher at the Civic Arena for many years. After retirement, he enjoyed his part-time job as a driver for Shorkey Auto Group which fed his love of vehicles. Pat had memberships with the Crowfoot Sportmen’s Club, Harley Owners Group, Corvette Club, Italian Sons & Daughters of America, and the National Rifle Association. Pat was also a volunteer for many years with the Pittsburgh Grand Prix. Pat enjoyed cooking, shooting, driving his Harley and Corvettes, doing projects around the house and was a big supporter of all the Pittsburgh Sports teams.

Bonita "Bonnie" Zaucha, age 76, of Penn, died Ocotber 16, 2023, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born September 21, 1947, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Alex G. and Glayds (Weyman) Soltez and the wife of the late Thomas Zaucha. Bonnie was an active member of Holy Family Polish National Catholic Church and was a member of the Adoration Society, a Sunday School Teacher, a Lector, and on the Parish Council. She enjoyed traveling and playing card games with her family and friends. Bonnie cared deeply for animals, especially neighborhood cats and her own.

James E. "Skip" Pierce, age 88, of White Oak, formerly of McKeesport, passed away on October 16, 2023. Born October 23, 1934, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late James Pierce, Sr. and Agatha (Vickers) Pierce and the husband of the late Eileen A. (Johnson) Pierce. James graduated from McKeesport Area High School in 1952. He joined the Army in 1957 and would go on to work for Firth Sterling and then for General Motors Fisher Body as an Apprentice Journeyman Millwright. After retiring from General Motors, James worked part-time for the City of McKeesport Parking Authority. James was an active volunteer throughout McKeesport with the International Village, where he was known as "The Ice Man," the Christmas parade, the George Washington recreational basketball program, and as a coach for McKeesport Central Catholic basketball. James kept active as a member of a bowling league and walks through Renzie Park. He always enjoyed family trips and was known for being caring and generous.

Stacie L. Ammer, age 60, of Port Vue, died October 12, 2023. Born July 17, 1963, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of Fae (Black) Leber and the late Ronald Leber, Sr.
Stacie was a Registered Nurse for McKeesport Hospital, a traveling IV Nurse, and a Home Care Nurse. Her compassion for others perfectly fit her profession, and she brought comfort and care to many. Stacie enjoyed being outdoors in nature, boating, and going to car shows in the summer. Her big heart was not only felt by the people in her life but by her pets including her son's dog, Winter. Stacie's smile lit up the room.
In addition to her mother, she is also survived by her beloved son, Nick (Aleece Edwards) Ammer; brothers, Ronald Leber, Jr., Shawn (Patty) Leber, and Jered (Jacki Silberman) Leber; nephews, Michael (Lauren) Leber, Jake (Jordan) Leber, Jered (Nikki) Leber, Jr., and Brandon (Elizabeth) Leber; niece, Roni Leber; great-nieces, Evie, Allie, Benson and Zoey and Alan Mondak was a beloved partner for many years and a constant source of love, support and joy in her life.
In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, baby Jessica, and a brother, Raymond Leber.
Arrangements were entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory.
A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at a later date.

Larry D. Zirkle, age 72, of McKeesport, died October 10, 2023, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born March 6, 1951, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Haskell and Mary Ann (Cosanella) Zirkle and the beloved husband of Susan (Welsh) Zirkle. Larry graduated from McKeesport Area High School in 1969 and received his Bachelor's degree from Penn State University. He was a salesman for A.M. Lutheran and then retired from Galli Beer Distributing in New Kensington. When he was younger, Larry was in the Pasterik's Bowling League and enjoyed his time bowling with friends.

Mary Ann Ruggiero, age 78, of Arona, died October 7, 2023, at home. Born February 5, 1945, in Zanesville, OH, she was the daughter of the late John and Jean (Williams) Straka and the wife of the late Robert Ruggiero.
Mary Ann retired from Allegheny High Lift as a secretary and worked for Constar International prior. She attended church at Faith Lutheran Church in White Oak. Over the years, Mary Ann enjoyed camping with family in Butler and Keystone Park. She liked to spend her free time crocheting, cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, or adding to her collection of over 300 teddy bears.

Loretta Catherine Carr, age 80, of Perryopolis, formerly White Oak, died September 30, 2023, at Jefferson Hospital. Born May 18, 1943, in Homestead, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Rita (Cosgrove) Schragl and the wife of the late Charles Carr.
Loretta was the owner of Loretta Carr's China and Glass shop in White Oak and a resident artist at Angora Gardens. She graduated from Divine Providence Catholic High School. Loretta was a member and Eucharistic Minister at Mary, Mother of God Parish. She loved to watch her grand-kids doing what they loved, from sitting on the sidelines of soccer games watching Madison and Lillian, sitting in a theater watching Emma Kate in her musical performances, and sitting in the bleachers cheering on Jackson at his wrestling matches. Loretta's passion in life was painting china.
She is survived by her children, Charles "Patrick" (Nicole) Carr of White Oak and Tracy (Samuel) Angelo of Perryopolis; grandchildren, Madison Carr, Emma Kate Angelo, Jackson Angelo, and Lillian Carr; sister, Rita McMillan; best friend and aunt to her children, Barbara Petron; beloved dog, Holly; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, Timothy Schragl.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Thursday, October 5, 2023, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, 10 a.m. at St. Angela Merici Church. Burial and committal prayers will follow in Mount Vernon Cemetery.

Brian Joseph Sita Sr., age 58 of McKeesport, died September 24, 2023, at Select Specialty Hospital- McKeesport. Born November 20, 1964, in McKeesport, he was the son of Shirley (Marshall) Sita and the late Francis "Buddy" Sita.
Brian worked for Bob's Auto Body as a mechanic. He was the Pastor of the Trinity Lutheran Church for the Deaf in Wilkinsburg. In his free time, Brian enjoyed riding his motorcycles.
Brian is survived by his children, Cheyanne Sita, Brittany Sita, and Brian Sita Jr., all of McKeesport; grandchildren, Delilah and Dahlia; siblings, Gary (Kathy) Sita of Northfield, NJ, Sharon (Tom Jaworski) Gobbel of Dundee, MI, and Rich (Christina) Sita of Audubon, NJ; and many nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Saturday, October 7 2023, from 2 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 4 p.m. in the funeral home chapel.

Richard F. "Dick" Bowen, age 87, of White Oak, died September 15, 2023, at UPMC East. Born February 29, 1936, Duquesne, he was the son of the late Floyd and Leona (Goreck) Bowen and the husband of Janie (Sterrett) Bowen for 63 years.
Dick graduated from Duquesne High School and attended the University of Pittsburgh, where he played football and graduated in 1958. At Pitt, he was a part of the 1956 Sugar and Gator Bowl teams. He founded and coached the Pittsburgh Valley Ironman, semi-pro football team in 1959. After graduating college, Dick was offered a job coaching at Connellsville High School, and he met Janie, a native of Connellsville, who he married a year later. Dick coached for many years in the WPIAL at Connellsville, McKeesport, West Mifflin South, and Serra Catholic. He was also a teacher from 1959 through 1993 and taught for 34 years at McKeesport. Dick cherished watching his grandchildren play football, soccer, and any activity they were involved in. As an avid golfer, he and his buddies played in the Far from Par Golf League and always enjoyed morning breakfast with the breakfast gang.
