Mary Eleanor Sabo, 83, of Munhall formerly of West Mifflin died Monday June 8, 2020. She is the daughter of the late Frederick and Eleanor (Kirmeyer) Tyson. Beloved wife of the late Raymond Sabo. She is survived by daughters Robin Pavlik and Lisa Csokuly; son-in-law Maitland Lebedda; grandchildren Jennifer Pavlik, Jason (Dominica) Pavlik, Jessica Pavlik, Corey (Audi) Lebedda and Chase Lebedda; and great-grandchildren Alexandria, Anastasia, and Navy. She was preceded in death  by her daughter Deborah Lebedda. A funeral mass will be held Friday 11am at St. Therese Church in Munhall. Interment following St. Joseph Cemetery, West Mifflin. Barbara B. Tomosick, 97, of West Mifflin, died May 16, 2020.  She is the daughter of the late Stanko and Cecilia Butina and beloved wife of the late Michael A. Tomosick.  She is survived by her son Gary M. Deborah Baxley, 67, of McKeesport died May 13, 2020.  She is the daughter of the late Alfred and Edith (Hill) Kremer and beloved wife of the late Joseph Baxley.  She is survived by her daughter Debbie Jo (Tim) Coddington; son Jason Riley (Susan) Baxley; grandchildren Niccole (Brian) Baxley, Justin Coddington and Brandon Coddington; sisters Dorothy Bartko, Sally (Rich) Saporito and Christine Cannon; brothers Carl Kremer and Albert (Paulette) Kremer and her fur babies Boo, Hunter, Lucky, Biscuit and Lilly.  She was preceded in death by her brother Kenneth Kremer.  Deborah was a longtime employee at Hills and Ames Department Stores in Duquesne and was currently working at TJ Maxx  in the Waterfront.  She was a member of the Calvary  Baptish Church, where she taught Sunday School and was an avid reader and loved to play games on her computer and tablet.  Due to the strict guidelines we must adhere to a this crucial time, visitation will be private.  Funeral arrangements by Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home, Duquesne

Linda Desmond, 64, of Roaring Spring, PA passed away Monday May 11th at Homewood in Martinsburg, PA.  She was born in McKeesport, PA and was the daughter of the late Robert Salopek and the late Barbara Stromp. She married Gary Desmond on July 30, 1977 at Resurrection Church in West Mifflin, PA. Surviving are her loving husband, Gary and son Matthew of Roaring Spring, PA and daughter Jennifer (fiancé Daniel Burket) of Claysburg, PA. She was a 1974 graduate of Duquesne High School, Duquesne, PA. She had retired from driving a school bus with E&D busing for the Spring Cove School District. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, reading, playing games on her computer, going to the casino, and the golden retrievers she has had over the years. Due to restrictions the family will try to accommodate visitors. Private interment will be at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Mifflin, PA. Louise M. Laughery, 96, of West Mifflin died May 11, 2020.  She is the daughter of the late Frank and Marion (Hamilton) Leigh and beloved wife of the late Carl H. Laughery.  Louise is survived by her son Carl (Karen) Laughery of Margate, FL; granddaughters Amanda Laughery and Ashley (Bryan) Arnold and dear friend Gwynn Kiesell.  She was preceded in death by sisters Dorothy Reiger and Jean Wright and brother William Leigh.  She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church; White Oak American Legion; West Mifflin Senior Citizens; Duquesne Women's Club and  Past President of McKeesport Hospital's Womens Auxillary.  Funeral arrangements by Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home, Duquesne.  A private graveside service will be held at Jefferson Memorial Park.

Valerie A  Marecic Tkocs November 12, 1961 – March 30, 2020 of West Mifflin Peacefully passed away with her family by her side on March 30th at the age of 58. She was the wife of 28 years to Douglas Tkocs. She was a remarkable mother to Kayla, with constant love, care, and support flowing through her.  She was amazing and loving “Juju” to Gianna. She absolutely adored her future son in law, Justin Lutheran. She was the daughter of the late Ruldolph and Evelyn (Sabino) Marecic. She is survived by her siblings Marian Marecic Stephen Marecic Gregory Marecic Joseph (Shelly) Marecic Richard (Jennifer) Marecic Patricia (John) Tour James Marecic preceded in death by the late Michael (surving spouse Robin) Marecic Francis Marecic. She was a second mother and an amazing aunt to many nieces and nephews 
Mika Taira Joey Jessie  Stevie  Frankie Nicolette Mason Paige Marisa  Vinnie Ryan. And great aunt of Jade Gavin Brok Aidan Wyatt Francis.
She dedicated her life advocating and supporting children and adults with intellectual disabilities/autism with Rankin Christian Center/Mon Valley Supports as a Senior Supports Coordinator. She touched the hearts of many clients and their families.  Given current circumstances, there will be no funeral service at this time. In lieu of flowers, monetary contributions can be sent to Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home 212 Wilmot St., Duquesne PA 15110 for a guardian trust to be made for her granddaughter Gianna Lutheran who was the light of her life.

Joseph Pankuch died peacefully in his home on March 13, 2020, in Dayton, Ohio, at the age of 87. Joe emigrated from Vranov, Slovakia in 1938 at the age of five and settled with his family in Duquesne, PA.  A lover of history, geography, and algebra, Joe enjoyed sharing his passion on topics ranging from The Civil War to Genghis Khan. Always up for a good debate, he had an open heart and an open mind. Joe was a devoted member of Christ Lutheran Church in Duquesne, PA. He enjoyed bowling, gardening, dinners out, and was a huge fan of Pittsburgh sports.

 George “Judy” Belancik, 91, was born April 15, 1928 in Duquesne. He was the son of the late Stephen and Elizabeth (Sabol) Belancik. Beloved husband of the late Violet (Obradovich). He is survived by his loving children Michael “Sonny” Galagaza of Redondo Beach, Mary Simon of West Mifflin, George “Guj” Belancik of Hermosa Beach, Debbie (Jim) Driscoll of West Mifflin, and Richard “Blee” (Doreen) Belancik of West Mifflin. He was affectionately known as Pappy to Lisa Simon, Michael Galagaza, Anthony (Claudia) Galagaza, Melissa (Marty) Clark, Steve (Sharon) Driscoll, Erin (Sean) Welsh, Cory Desmond, Richie (Rachel) Belancik, Jared (Erica) Crevar. GP (Great Grandpap) to Sarah and Luke Galagaza, Violet Clark, Ava and Ryan Driscoll, Stephen, Quinn and Cruz Welsh, Rylee and Troy Belancik, and Miah Crevar. Also survived by sister-in-law Dolly Skorich and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his son Bobby “Blee” Belancik, brother Al Belancik, and sisters Margaret Shimko and Helen Belancik. Margaret  “Snooks” “Mag” J. Sellers, 86 of West Mifflin, died Feb. 11, 2020.  She is the daughter of the late Charles and Lula (Sikes) Boyer and beloved wife of Jesse E. Sellers.  Margaret is survived by her daughters Cathy (Terry) Burgess and Cindy (Robert) McCorkle, II; grandchildren R. Wesley (Jordan) McCorkle, III, Jesse (Natalie) McCorkle, Jared (Janaye) Burgess and Elizabeth Burgess; great grandchildren Archer, Hunter and Tucker McCorkle and Aila McCorkle; nieces, nephews and cousins. Margaret was a member of Lincoln Place Nazarine Church, where she was a choir director for over 45 years, a member of the Board, taught Sunday School for 16 years, cooked for all the church dinners, worked church camps and served as Missionary President.  She was considered a “master” cake decorator.   Friends received at Lincoln Place of the Nazarene Church, 5604 Interboro Ave, Pittsburgh, Pa 15207 on Sun. from 9:30 am to 10:30 am, at which time a funeral service will be held.  Funeral arrangements by Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home, Duquesne.

Patrick G. Proud, 82, of West Mifflin died January 12, 2020. He is the son of the late Joseph and Christina Proud. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Donna (Woods) Proud. He is survived by his son Patrick (Robin) Proud of Versailles; daughter Sharon McCue of West Mifflin; grandchildren Sean Proud, Ashley McCue, Nick Matthews and Donavon McCue. Patrick was a member of Christ the Light of the World Parish, Masons, American Legion, and VFW. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a proud advocate of disabled veterans. Friends recieved Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home, Duquesne Wednesday from 2-8. A funeral mass will be held Thursday 10am at Holy Name Church. Interment following Grandview Cemetery, North Versailles.

Kenneth A. Ritchie, age 62 of Elizabeth, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 03, 2019. The son of the late Alan Ritchie and Wanda LoPresti, he is survived by: sisters, Judith, Yvonne, Charlene, and Karen; brothers, Jeffrey and Robert; daughters, Jessica, Kaylee, Crystal, and Danielle; grandchildren, Dylan, Tallie, and Taylen. He is also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, and nephews. Ken built a career as a hardworking auto mechanic and scrap worker. Though never married, he shared the best years of his life with the mother of his daughters, the late Angela Karan. Together, they were passionate about music, riding Harley Davidsons, and just enjoying the good times. Ken lived a hard life and dealt with various health issues but he never let that stand in his way. He leaves behind beautiful memories for his family and friends who will miss him dearly and remember him as fun-loving, silly, and charismatic. Ken’s body was cremated but friends and family will be received for a memorial service at the Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home in Duquesne on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 6-8 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family.

 Carl "Red" Kremer, 90, of West Mifflin, died Nov. 12, 2019. He is the son of the late Alfred and Rose (Kahler) Kremer; brother of the late Alfred, Elmer, Robert and Walter Kremer.  He is survived by many nephews and nieces and relatives in Germany.  He served in the Korean War.  Thank you to the staff at Southwestern VA Home and Kindred Hospice.  Friends received Teichart-Gracan Funeral Home, Duquesne, Mon. from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8.  A funeral blessing will be held Tues. 11:00 am in the funeral home.  Interment following St. Joseph Cemetery, West Mifflin.
