Barry J. Stoltz, 74, of Liberty Borough, died Friday, September 2, 2016. He was born September 24, 1941 in Jeanette and was the son of the late Orville and Madeline Madyke Stoltz. He was a member of St. Mark Parish in Liberty and was an avid HAM Operator.
