Oleva Mae Gainer, 89, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020. She was born September 5, 1931 in Grantsville, WV, and was the daughter of the late Levi Franklin and Elfie (Barr) Fowler. She was the wife of the late Larry Glenn Gainer who passed away in 1999. She was a member of Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church where she was also a member of the Choir and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Oleva was a retired Real Estate Agent and had worked for Howard Hanna Real Estate Services.

Andrew Justin Larson, 29, West Palm Beach, Fl, formerly of North Versailles, passed away Monday, September 14, 2020. He was born November 14, 1990 in Pittsburgh and was the son of Harry A. "Howie" (Sharon) Larson of East McKeesport and Cheryl A. (Greg) Chronowski Berko of North Versailles. Andrew graduated from East Allegheny High School in 2009 and served in The US Air Force at Sheppard Air Force Base for almost 2 years. Andrew worked as a contractor doing home remodels, he also enjoyed working out, skydiving, snorkeling and pool & billiards. He was known as an avid cook and grillmaster as well. He loved his motorcycle and had plans to go to Palm Beach Bike Night and Bike Week. Most importantly, he loved his children more than words can say.

Florence “Flo” Speidel, 90, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 6, 2020, 11 days after the passing of her beloved husband of nearly 70 years, Bill. Born Florence Kathryn Delo on November 12, 1929 in McKeesport, she was the daughter of Monroe M. Delo and Freda (Blend) Delo. Left to cherish her legacy is her sister, Ethel (Delo) Harris of Erie and her children Carol (James) Anderson of Mechanicsburg, William D. (Barbara) Speidel, III of Butler and David (Barbara) Speidel of South Fayette; 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was a proud member of The McKeesport Lions Club, The Port Vue Seniors and The Archer Hill Bowling league. He was a softball player for many years for McKeesport on the Equibank team of The Steel Valley League and also played basketball every Wednesday night at the former Turner's gym in McKeesport.
