William Hobaugh, 67, of Vandergrift, formerly of Elizabeth, PA, passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 in Sugar Creek Rest, Worthington, PA.
Born November 17, 1949 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late William C. & Sally (McCready) Hobaugh.
William lived in Vandergrift for the last six years, and was a 1967 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School. He worked as a bartender and bridge painter over the years. William was a member of the Elizabeth Boro V.F.C.

The Reverend John Joseph Fetterman, former rector of All Souls Episcopal Church in North Versailles Twp., died March 19, 2017. Hewas born on July 4, 1937 in Harrisburg, PA to Francis and John Fetterman Senior. John graduated from the North American College in Rome and was ordained in December 19, 1962. He came to Pittsburgh in 1972 and taught classics at the University of Pittsburgh. John was interim pastor at Christ Episcopal Church in the North Hills. John was Associate Clergy at Calvary Church in Shadyside and Rector of Grace Episcopal Church in Madison, Wisconsin.

“Small town lawyer from McKeesport”, Walter F. Baczkowski, age 74 of Murrysville, passed away surrounded by family on January 24, 2017.
Brother of Constance B. Noll, devoted husband of 47 years to Ann; father to Chris (Tim), Mark (Becky), Amy (Greg), Brian (Alison) and Mike and grandfather to Renee, Ryan, Bradley, Jack, Allison, Bobby, Maddie and Chloe. After graduating from St. Meinrad College, Walt taught at Shadyside Academy during the day and attended law school at night. He graduated with his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University in 1970 and shortly thereafter passed the bar exam which enabled him to serve as administrator in charge of McKeesport Trust Department for Western Pennsylvania National Bank before moving into private practice with offices in McKeesport and Murrysville.

Judy Schmidt died peacefully January 13, 2017. She led a very blessed life and was rewarded with two wonderful sons, a beautiful daughter-in-law and a spectacular grandson. Mr. and Mrs. Jennifer and Philip Schmidt, Mr. Michael Schmidt, Jr. and grandson, Charles James Schmidt. Rose Marie Wilkerson, age 78, of Newark, DE peacefully went home to be with the Lord on December 21, 2016. Rose was born and raised in Clairton, PA to the late John and Barbara Popchak. She and her late husband were blessed with five children and moved throughout the USA per his Air Force assignments. Rose retired from the State of Delaware where she worked as a Senior Social Worker. She was an avid reader, loved and rescued cats, and enjoyed playing the slots at Delaware Park.
