Darnell K. Martin, 55, of McKeesport, was born September 9, 1967, in McKeesport, PA. He was the beloved son of his late father, Charles Martin, stepfather, Frank Mikell, and Mary (Larkins) Mikell. Darnell departed this life on September 16, 2022, at Forbes in Monroeville, PA.
He was a graduate of the class of 1986 from, McKeesport High School. Darnell lived in McKeesport, Pennsylvania.
Darnell was a nice guy with a big heart, would give anybody anything, always doing for others. Darnell enjoyed cooking, cookouts, and going out to eat, he hated eating alone. He always wanted someone to try his food or eat with him. He enjoyed traveling.
Darnell loved being around his children and grandchildren. He enjoyed shopping, he was the “fly guy”! He enjoyed watching westerns. Darnell's occupation was a full-time provider to his children and family. Darnell was a member of Calvary First United Methodist Church in McKeesport. When he was younger, he sang in the church choir.

Charles William "Bill" Albrighton, age 97 of Port Vue, passed away at home on Friday, September 23, 2022. Born August 11, 1925 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Charles W. and Emma (Marsh) Albrighton. The retired proprietor of Bill's Barbershop on Versailles Avenue in McKeesport, Bill was a member of Port Vue United Methodist Church, a US Navy Veteran of World War II sering in the Pacific Theater as a Seaman 1st. Class, and an avid golfer and bicyclist. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Betty (Brunory) Albrighton, who passed away on April 24, 2012, and his six siblings: Betty Warren, Joan Scheetz, Sylvia Nestler, and Dorothy, Ed, and Jack Albrighton. Bill is survived by his daughters Rae Anne (John) Bosnyak of Cranberry Twp. and Diane "Dee Dee" (Blase) Bartko of Mount Vernon; his grandchildren Whitney (Zac) Cumpston, Paige Bosnyak, and Grant (Stacey) Bartko; his great-grandchildren Wyatt and Emmett Cumpston and Benjamin and Blase Bartko; and also many nieces and nephews.

Russell A. Paterra, age 75 of McKeesport and formerly of San Diego, CA, passed away at home on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Born July 15, 1947 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Augustine and Dorothy (Wilson) Paterra. A graduate of the University of Dayton, Russell was a self-employed consultant and executive coach and a golf fanatic, even volunteering as a marshal at the US Opens at both Pebble Beach and Torrey Pines. Most importantly though, he was an amazing husband, father, and grandfather who will be immensely missed by his family and friends. Russell is survived by his wife of 16 years Natalie (Delgado) Paterra; his children Aaron (Renee) Paterra of Belmont, CA and Lyndsie (Eric) Geib of Menifee, CA; his grandchildren Luke, A.J., Jack, Owen, and Lucas; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Dale Paterra.

Faith Marie Fenk, age 52, of Duquesne, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022, at home. Born in Germany on October 25, 1969, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Fenk and Anna Marie Skovran. Faith was a Christian and enjoyed spending time with her family, playing video games and doing puzzles. She is the life partner of Joseph Sheehan Sr.; mother of Joseph Sheehan Jr. of Duquesne, Matthew Sheehan Sr. of Duquesne, Reva Sheehan of Duquesne and the late Christopher Sheehan; grandmother of Matthew Sheehan Jr.; sister of Deric (Clara) Fenk of East Liberty; step daughter of Sherry (Mark) Eggers Fenk of Pittsburgh; half sister of Lauren (Mark) Sheehan of Mt. Oliver and Lacey Fenk of Mt. Oliver; best friend of over 30 years to Roxanne (Melvin Folks) Charles of Duquesne; niece of Mike (Tess) Skovran, Joyce Sovran, John (Karen) Skovran, Cheryl (Joseph) Yusavage, and Elizabeth Skovran; and is also survived by goddaughter, Diamond Charles. Laurie Elaine Prenatt, 55, of Irwin, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2022. She was born December 5, 1966 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Glenn and Amelia (Exton) Wilson. Laurie was a sales representative for UPS for 20 years and a member of West Hempfield Presbyterian Church. She was a graduate of Hempfield Sr. High School Class of '84 and went onto Clarion University and received her bachelor's degree in communications. She enjoyed scrapbooking, walking her dog, Zala, taking trips to the beach and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her nephew, Gregg. She is survived by her loving husband, Patrick A. Prenatt; sons, Nathan and his wife, Courtney, and Adam; daughter, Megan; brothers, Dale and Gregg Wilson; sister, Diane Palmer; grandson, Carter; niece, Heather; and great niece, Addison. and sister in law Tracy. Beverly T. Stipanovich, 86, of Cresson, formerly of White Oak, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2022. She was born July 27, 1936 in Homestead and was the daughter of the late John P. and Anna (Yarina) Timko. She was the wife to the late Alex Stipanovich, who passed away in April of 2018. Beverly worked for Penn State, McKeesport Campus in the BUB snack bar for many years. She has been a member of St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Church since her and Alex got married 59 years ago. She enjoyed watching the Steelers, Penguins, Pirates and PITT University sports, but loved her Hallmark movies.

William “Willy” Donofrio, 92 of Glassport, passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022, at his home. He was born in Greensburg, PA on November 3rd, 1929, to the late Benjamin and Margaret Lavalia Donofrio. William was the loving husband of many years to the late Josephine Rauso Donofrio. He is survived by his daughter, Elly (Donofrio) Matesig of Glassport, as well his granddaughter Stephany Durosko of Glassport. Further survivors include brothers Angelo (Patty) Donofrio of Glassport, Richard (Kim Barry) Donofrio of Elizabeth, and Arthur Donofrio of West Mifflin. He is additionally survived by sisters Elizabeth Bartko of California, Mary Ickiewicz of West Mifflin, Enise (William) Kostyzak of Glassport, Rose (David) Del Master of Florida, and Debbie Gobel of Georgia. He will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews as well as his dog Bobo. William was preceded in death by his daughter Coreen Eremia, sister Christine Stillio, and brothers Robert and Perry Donofrio. Willy was a member of the Army during the Korean War, as well as a member of the American Legions in Dravosburg and Glassport. He enjoyed being self-employed- in his younger years, he could be found working at a fruit market, operating Donofrio’s Nursery, or spending time as part owner of McKeesport Inn. Lorrie Jean Mirenzi, of Massillon, OH, died peacefully, on Saturday, September 17, 2022. Born May 6, 1955, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Charles B. and Edith M. (Biddle) Handra and the wife of the late Richard J. Mirenzi. Lorrie loved her family, her flowers and her dog, Bandit. She made it a point to make sure all of the local birds were well-fed. She was a most wonderful mother and sister. Lorrie was loved and will be missed.

Geraldine M. Bico, of White Oak, passed away September 22, 2022 at Jefferson Hospital. She was born in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Michael Tkac and Agnes (Beluscak) Wilson. Prior to her retirement, she was the owner and operator of the former Crestview Manor Personal Care Home in Elizabeth. Geri had impeccable strength, and her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the loves of her life.
