Dorothy M. (Otto) Maringo, 93, of North Versailles, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019 at home surrounded by family. She was born April 29, 1925 in Somerset a daughter of the late Marvin R. and Ellen L. (Rayman) Otto. She was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Church, East McKeesport. Prior to her retirement she was as a real estate agent for over 10 years for Howard Hannah and Century 21 and was a self-employed interior decorator. Dorothy was a member of the Golden Key Club, AARP, and White Oak American Legion Post 701 auxillary for over 30 years where she held office as historian and vice president. She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and after retirement spending winters in Venice, FL.

Frank A. Speney, Sr., age 92 of Port Vue, passed away at home on Sunday, March 10, 2019.  Born September 15, 1926 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late William M. and Anna (Reitz) Speney.  Frank was a fixture in the automotive industry in the area as a consummate and professional salesman, starting his career with his father at the Palace Garage in McKeesport, selling Nash, Rambler, and Studebaker.  He then opened Speney Chevrolet in West Newton, operating it for 52 years from 1958 until 2010.  He also became a co-owner of the Palisades Ballroom in McKeesport, where he was able to practice one of his passions: dancing.

Ricky Donald Goehring, 54, of McKeesport, Pa., passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at the home of his loving parents, Norma and Bob Goehring.  Ricky was employed at the US Postal Service, North Side, Pittsburgh for 30 years and was a graduate of Norwin Senior High School Class of '82.  He enjoyed trips to the beach, bicycle riding and working around his house.  He is survived by his parents, Bob and Norma Goehring; daughter, Rachel Goehring;  brother, Randy Goehring and his wife, Mary; niece, Julie; and Godson, Zachary and his wife, Rebecca.  Family and friends will gather at the James W. He was born May 4, 1982 in McKeesport and was the son of Robert Francis Johns, Sr., and Lee Ann (Atkins) Johns of Elizabeth Township. Bobby was a carpenter and worked for Export Crate and Boxing in Glassport. He was an outdoorsman and loved being around rivers and fishing. He was also an avid Steelers fan. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Riley Johns of White Oak, sister, Jillian (Vincent) Monti of Baldwin, brother, Jesse (Lauren) Johns of West Mifflin, grandmother, Patricia Atkins of Baldwin, and nieces and nephews. Glagola, 74, of North Huntingdon passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019 after a long and courageous battle with cancer.  He was born January 7, 1945 in Wilmington, DE, a son of the late George and Blanche (Nicholas) Glagola.  Prior to his retirement, George was a slicing technician for Verizon and a member of St. Agnes Parish.  He enjoyed playing softball, basketball and volleyball, and enjoyed listening to oldies music.  He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Virginia Logesky Glagola; son, George Glagola; daughters, Gia Sanders and her husband, Jay, Kristen Wassel; grandchildren, Caden and Sarah; and lifetime friend, Jim Barry.  Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  A funeral service will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Msgr.
