Margaret A. Marker, age 86, of Lincoln Boro., passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2024, at Southwestern Nursing Center. A member of the Glassport River City Church and a former member of the Bunola Church of the Nazarene, she worked as the filing department superintendent for G.C. Murphy Company. She was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Lincoln Borough Volunteer Fire Department, a former member of AARP and was an assistant Girl Scout leader for the Lincoln Boro. Girl Scouts. After the passing of her husband, Margaret enjoyed traveling the United States and had a great love for her church and God and her main joy in life was helping others. Born in West Elizabeth on December 31, 1937, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Edna (McLaughlin) Halt and was wife of the late George D. Marker. She is survived by a daughter, Susan Lee Logothetis of Elizabeth Twp.; grandchildren, Michael Michnowicz, DJ (Kellie) Harvey, and Brandon Logothetis; great-grandchildren, Jamison, Hannah, and Claire; also, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Lydia Ann Harvey. Friends will be received at the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth, PA, from 2-4 PM on Sunday, January 21, 2024. A service will take place in the funeral home chapel at 4 PM with Pastor Robin Pugh officiating. He was born February 24, 1971 in McKeesport and was the son of Jayne Felicetty of White Oak and the late Joseph Thurmond. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons, Dajahn Griffin and Connor Adkins of Delaware, and Kellen Felicetty of McKeesport; daughter, Alona Felicetty of Clairton; grandchildren, Dajahn Griffin Jr., Zander Griffin and Gianna Griffin; and by his aunts and uncles. Mary Ann Andrejcak,(Sestile,Wintermyer)Graham Age 82 Passed away peacefully in her home on January 15, 2024 after a very short and brave battle with cancer. She is preceded in death by her husband Richard Graham; her daughter Marie Elaina Sestile, Shepherd; her parents Ann Gonchar Andrejcak & Michael Andrejcak. She is survived by her 3 brothers, Michael(Ann), Elmer(Judi) and David(Stephanie); her son John Sestile and daughter Angela Sestile, Hitchcock; her grandchildren Amber Lynn Sestile and William John Shepherd Jr.; and her great grandson Aiden. Mary Ann was a kind, generous and strong woman. She graduated from Duquesne High School Class of 1960, and went on to raise her 3 children. Later, after her children were grown she put herself through Nursing School, earning her R.N. Degree. She later moved to Florida. She had a full and active life and will be missed by all that knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held in FL in February. Martha Reuss (nee Harrold), age 88 of Irwin, Hempfield Township, passed away on January 17, 2024, at Independence Health Westmoreland Hospital. She was born on October 6, 1935 in Circleville, a daughter of the late Lee and Caroline (Broker) Harrold. She was married to her high school sweetheart and soulmate, George, for 69 years. Martha was a member of St. Edwards Church in Herminie, where she was a former member of the Sunshine Club. She was co-owner with her husband and the office manager at Reuss Engineers, Inc. She was formerly employed by West Penn Power in Pittsburgh and Cabin Hill. She was also employed by Jeannette Glass in the purchasing Department. Martha was an avid bowler and competed every year at nationals. She was once awarded Woman Bowler of the Year in Western Pennsylvania. Martha also enjoyed the outdoors and riding her horse. She held many jobs over the years, but her favorite and most important job was as a mother and grandmother, which she did to perfection. She was the heart and soul of her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers Lee Harrold and William Harrold, and her sister, Caroline Swanson. She is survived by her beloved husband George; four sons: George and wife Lisa, Jim and wife Melanie, Dave and wife Chris, John and wife Janet; 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and countless others who loved her. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 2-7 P.M. at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, January 22, at St. Edward Parish in Herminie. Interment to follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery. Robert Cecelia Mulgado

Robert Cecelia Mulgado, 87, of McKeesport, was born on April 4, 1936, in McKeesport, PA. He was the beloved son of the late Olive Marie Goines Coleman.

After graduating high school, Robert went to Arizona State University, from 1953-1957. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in 1958. He also played Canadian Football for the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Followed by a Pittsburgh Team called the Duquesne Ironmen. Robert was on the McKeesport Police Force for 30 years.

Robert was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church.

Robert departed this life on January 4, 2024, at his residence in McKeesport. He was preceded in death by His mother, Olive Marie Goines Coleman, sisters, Lillian Hershey, Evelyn Norris, Lucille Flowers, and Hazel Coleman; brothers, Jesse Coleman, brother, Donald Mulgado, and Claudius Moses; great-grandson, Danny Bracey.  

Robert is survived by his loving family; daughter, Leona Boynton, Jazzmin Gaston; granddaughter, Donalle Schley; great-grandson, Marc Davis, Jr.; two sisters, Dolores Sledge of McKeesport, Geraldine Currie of CA; brother, Mustafa Musa; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Norma Turner

Norma Turner, 93, of Clairton, was born in 1930, in Monongahela, PA. She was the beloved daughter of the late Phillip and Mary Jane Davis Walker.

Norma graduated from Monongahela High School in 1948.

She worked for the United Steel Workers of America for many years. She was also a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church, where she arranged music and played the piano for Sunday services.

Norma departed this life on January 5th, 2024, at McKeesport PA. She was preceded in death by her daughter Kimberly Turner, brother, Kenneth Walker, Father Phillip Walker, and Mary Jane Davis Walker.

Norma is survived by her loving grandchildren, one grandchild Raymond Maurice Turner of McKeesport, PA. one grand niece and nephew, Erik Walker, and Erica Walker. And two great-grandchildren, Nylen Turner and Jayden Turner.

Mildred J. Bobuk, 65, of West Mifflin, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 14, 2024. She was born April 17, 1958 in McKeesport, the daughter of the late John and Bertha (Capner) Dvorsky. Mildred enjoyed cooking, and was an animal lover. She had a very caring personality and was a devoted mother and grandmother. She is survived by her children Jessica Bobuk (Joshua Pitz) of West Mifflin, Kendra (Andrew) Rosner of Delaware, Theodore “T. J.” (Kelsey) Bobuk of West Mifflin, and Nicholas Bobuk (fiancé Megan Seeman) of West Mifflin; grandchildren Madilyn Pitz, Connor Rosner, and Mackenzie Rosner; also nieces and nephews. Bruce Moore

Bruce Moore, 74, born December 5, 1949, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2023 in Tucson, Arizona after a lengthy illness. A native of White Oak, PA, Moore was the fourth child of Chester and Alice Moore.

Moore graduated from McKeesport Senior High School in McKeesport, PA and Milligan University in Johnson City, TN. He raised his two children in Thousand Oaks, CA with his former wife Linda Moore while working for United Parcel Service (UPS).  He married Nadine and relocated to Las Vegas, before retiring from UPS in 2010. Bruce was a huge Pittsburgh Steelers and college football fan, he loved his family, traveling, golf, playing poker, and drinking Miller Lite. He had a great sense of humor, enjoyed making people laugh, and was liked by all who met him.

Born March 16, 1969 Janine was the daughter of Ron Kocur of West Mifflin and the late Mary Lou Woolheater. She spent many years working for Lutheran Distributors, UPMC, Premier Medical and Value City Furniture. Besides her father she is survived by her loving Aunt Carol Barsotti and many other aunts, uncles and cousins. She had a special relationship with her beloved partner Joe Persichetti and also with Leslie, Carly and Vinnie which will be forever cherished. She will also be missed by her canine companion Mia and feline Kitty.

Lynn Ann Balego, 77 years young from North Irwin passed away Monday January 15,2024. She was born August 8, 1946 in Wilkinsburg, a daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy Lukehart Divelbiss. Lynn was a graduate of Norwin High School and Gale Institute. She also attended Ball State University and the University of Notre Dame.

She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Irwin. Lynn worked many years as an administrative assistant within various companies including the Norwin Chamber of Commerce and Shuster's. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Doug Divelbiss and her sister, Nancy Divelbiss. She was the loving wife to Chuck Balego, beloved mother of Tye (Jesse), Tawnie (Brian) and Tarra (Bill) and dearly loved by her grandchildren, Cameron, Chantall, CJ, Ciersten, Autumn, Bella, Addison, Sydnee, Gabby and her precious pup Jazzy.

There will be no public visitation. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Rose Bar and Grille, 2811 Lincoln Way, White Oak on Saturday, January 27 from 1-3 P.M. James W. Cheryl is survived by her children Raymond Gereshenski of Finleyville, Ronald (Heather) Gereshenski of Monongahela, Dominic Gereshenski of Washington, Laurisa (Cody) Gereshenski of Finleyville, Kayla (Cameron) Gereshenski of Finleyville, Jacob (Hailey) Gereshenski of Charleroi, sister Connie Jean Bonczek of Johnston SC, grandchild Morgan Gereshenski, and great grandchildren Gracie, Brooklyn, and Brycen as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Cheryl was preceded in death by her husband Jack Gereshenski, brother Chuck Williams, and her child Tyler Gereshenski. She worked in management for the pharmaceutical industry for most of her life. She was a member of the Finleyville Food Pantry. Cheryl was also a member of the Wrights United Methodist Church.  She loved to read novels and solve jigsaw puzzles but absolutely adored spending time with her family. Cheryl got to see all of the United States with her husband but her favorite state was Oregon. Her favorite saying is “home is where we are, not where we live.” Arrangements have been entrusted to S.M.
