Dennis C. Jarrett, age 69 of North Versailles died December 1, 2022 at UPMC East. He was born September 14, 1953 in McKeesport, a son of Caroline Batten Jarrett and the late Donald Jarrett. Prior to his retirement, Dennis was employed as a welder . In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother James. He is survived by two brothers, Randi and Terry. James C. Kaminsky, age 70 of McKeesport, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. Born Christmas Day, 1951 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Robert Ned and Ellen Marie (Fullard) Kaminsky. A former partner for Tube City Distributing in McKeesport and a parishioner of Mary, Mother of God Parish in McKeesport, Jim was a social member of the American Legion McKeesport Post #361, the White Oak American Legion Post #701, and the EBA Club of McKeesport.

Patricia A. Zosack, age 87, of Greenock, died November 29, 2022, at Arrowood at Southwestern. Born November 22, 1935, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Clara (Inks) Henry and wife of the late Vincent Zosack. Patricia was a proud resident of Greenock for over 50 years. She was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish, and the Elizabeth Township Seniors. Patricia was an avid Steelers fan, and her favorite player was Troy Polamalu. She enjoyed trips to the casinos and had a friend who was always ready to go with her. She will be remembered for her outgoing personality and always up for having a good time.

Georgina "Gina" Baker, age 84, of Liberty Borough, passed away peacefully and went to be with the Lord early in the morning on November 26, 2022. Born February 17, 1938, in London, England, she was the daughter of the late James and Doris Eva (Cox). Gina was the beloved mother of Sally Lofstrom, of Liberty Borough, PA, and Susan Murphy, of Frazier Park, CA; three granddaughters and six great-grandchildren; brother, Phillip Baker, of Basingstoke, England; longtime sweetheart Larry Stanczak, of McKeesport, PA and also survived by nieces and nephews. She loved the Lord and her daughters with all her heart and will be dearly missed. Arrangements were entrusted to Willig Funeral Home & Crematory. William R. Francis, age 78, of McKeesport, died November 27, 2022, at home. Born December 3, 1943, in Charleston, SC, he was the son of the late Oliver L. Sr. and Queen (Rivers) Francis and Life Partner of Donna Knight. William retired from the Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory and opened his own business, Francis INSight Market, on Locust Street in McKeesport. William served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a Golden Glove Champion and also boxed while in the Army. He enjoyed testing his luck with scratch-off tickets, and many knew him from around McKeesport from gathering and scrapping materials. William was a member of the St. Paul AME Church in McKeesport and the Prince Hall Masonic Temple.

Charles Nicholas Vincenzini, 82, of White Oak, passed away Monday, November 28, 2022. He was born May 3, 1940 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Pio and June (Finney) Vincenzini. He was a member and usher at Mary, Mother of God Parish - St. Angela Church in White Oak. Charles was a carpenter and was retired from US Steel Irvin Works after 43 years of service. He was a member the Holy Name Society and was also a member and former chairman of the White Oak Recreation Board. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending quality time with his family, grandchildren and friends.

Timothy A. Vargo, Sr., age 70, of Hopwood, PA, formerly of McKeesport, died on Monday, November 21, 2022. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA on February 15, 1952, and is the son of the late John Vargo and Pearl Marks Vargo Dietrich Bortz. He proudly served in the United States Army Reserve and was employed at Motor Coils in Braddock where he produced coils for many years for railroad trains. He recently was employed at Hunter’s Garage in Adamsburg, PA.

Edward Louis Gronlund Jr. of Elizabeth Township died at the age of 86 on Sunday, November 27, 2022. Born March 10, 1936, he was the son of the late Edward Sr. and Dorothy Campbell Gronlund. A printer by profession, he was an employee/owner of Wivagg Printing in McKeesport, where he worked over 50 years. Ed’s life is defined by his work ethic, service to his country & community, and his ability to entertain others with his storytelling and humor. He served in the US Army, was a lifetime member & president of Central Volunteer Fire Company, served on the Elizabeth Township on the Board of Commissioners, supported numerous local and national organizations, coached little league baseball, co-founded his beloved Boar’s Nest hunting camp, and was always willing to lend his time and talents to others in need.
