Richard E. Lieberum, 70, of McKeesport, died Tuesday, April 3, 2018. He was born August 18, 1947 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Edmund C. and Donna (Watson) Lieberum. He was the husband of the late Mary Jane (Knapton) Lieberum who died July 14, 2013. Richard was a member of St. Patrick Parish in Christy Park, AARP, and Elizabeth Township Senior Citizens. He was retired from Bechtel Marine Propulsion in Monroeville. He is survived by his son, Matthew (Heather) Lieberum and daughter, Angela  (Shawn) Ruby of Elizabeth Township, sisters, Joani Ashton and Carla (Ron) Anderchak of Elizabeth Township, grandchildren, Lauren Ruby and Weston and Peyton Lieberum, special nephew, Gerry Coulter,  nieces and nephews.

(Adams) Plesniak, Sr.  He is survied by sisters Diana Farally and Maria Plesniak; brothers Edward Plesniak and Steve Nehila; children Rachel, Kara and Crystal Plesniak; son Bobby Derkis; beloved friend Alana Tewell; nephew Johnny Farally and nieces.  Walter was a union roofer and was a member of the Glassport American Legion for 15 years.  Friends received Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport, Thurs. from 2-4.  In lieu of flowers the family is requesting memorial contributions be made directly to the Wojciechowski Funeral Home.

He proudly served our country in the Army during WWII. Beloved husband of 68 years to Cecelia A. Maud L. Andrew, 89, of Port Vue, went to her heavenly home to be embraced by a loving family on Thursday, March 29, 2018. She was born April 25, 1928 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Theodore C. Stumme and Dorothy E. (Kelly) Pishko. She was a member of West Side United Methodist Church in McKeesport, Eastern Star Clairton Chapter 316, and Senior Companion. Her family was the most important part of her life. She was the cherished mother of  Daryl (James) Gray of West Mifflin, and William  (Olivia) Andrew of Port Vue. She was the treasured grandmother of James W. Gray, Brenda Capolongo, Ellie Gray, and Reagan Andrew. She was blessed with 2 great-grandsons, Vincent Capolongo and Dorian Andrew. She was the loving sister of Barbara Hiquet of North Versailles and was the beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews.

"Buzz" Phillips, Jr., 64 of Glassport, died March 30, 2018.  He is the son of the late Harold and Donaldeen (Beitler) Phillips, Sr.  He is survived by his beloved wife Louise Phillips; sons Brian Phillips and Jim (Lisa) Phillips; grandchildren Jim Phillips, Jr, Alex, Ben and Elizabeth and sister Sheryl Perozich; also nieces and nephews. Buzz worked at National Tubes for 13 years and then Kane Regional Center.  Buzz was a member of Port Vue Athletic Association and church council at Queen of the Rosary.  He was also very active in Glassport and South Allegheny's football, basketball and baseball programs where he coached for many years.  Friends received Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport, Mon. 2-8.  A funeral mass will be held Tues 1:00 pm at St. Mark's Liberty Boro with Father Daniel Straughn.  Interment following New St. Joseph Cemetery.
