Margaret “Maggie” Hunt, 79, of Adamsburg, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2016. She was born on July 27, 1936 in Wilkinsburg, the daughter of the late Roy and Helen Linhart, and was raised by her grandparents Roy and Mary Linhart. Maggie married Robert “Bob” Hunt on May 4, 1954 and they enjoyed 62 years of a beautiful marriage. She worked for the Westmoreland Intermediate Unit for more than 24 years as a teacher's aide. Maggie volunteered for the Girl Scouts as a troop leader and was the neighborhood cookie chairman for many years.

She was born March 20, 1933 in Knoxville, Tennessee, the youngest of seven children of the late Burl H and Vida (Rush) Needham. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of over 41 years Richard S. Perry. She is survived by her children Karen (Dan) Ernette of Scottdale, David ( Cheryl) Perry of North Huntingdon, Scott (Linda) Perry of North Huntingdon, Hal Rick (Tina) Perry of Monessen and Stephen (Sheri) Perry of Hunker; 13 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her sons, Fred Vidnovic of North Huntingdon and Glenn Vidnovic and his wife Sara of Iowa City, Iowa; her grandchildren, Natalie (Joshua) Janov, Sam Vidnovic, and Anne (Gabe) Kipsinger; her great grandchildren, Samuel and Jonah Janov; her sister Mildred (Patrick) Mercurio of McKeesport; also nieces and nephews.

He was a retired bus driver for the Port Authority of Allegheny County and a member of Ardara Evangelical Presbyterian Church. Jim loved to golf.
