William Hobaugh, 67, of Vandergrift, formerly of Elizabeth, PA, passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 in Sugar Creek Rest, Worthington, PA.
Born November 17, 1949 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late William C. & Sally (McCready) Hobaugh.
William lived in Vandergrift for the last six years, and was a 1967 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School. He worked as a bartender and bridge painter over the years. William was a member of the Elizabeth Boro V.F.C.

She was born on November 10, 1932 in Boston, PA and was the daughter of the late William and Ethel McClean Biddle. Wilma was a loving, devoted, and selfless mother and grandmother who was adored by her family. She was a graduate of McKeesport High School. She was a retired clerk at the G.C. Murphy Co., Olympia Shopping Center. Wilma was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary at the Buena Vista Fire Hall. She is survived by her husband George E. Karen loved Arts and Crafts. She worked with Ceramics, Wood and Glass and enjoyed cross stitching. She was also an avid gardener. Charles “Babe” Mingo, age 89, of McKeesport, died on May 4, 2017 at home. Born April 18, 1928 in Duquesne, he was the son of the late Paul and Nicoletta (DeMichel) Mingo. He was married to his beloved wife Theresa (DeNardo) Mingo for 68 wonderful years. Charles was retired from Tygart Steel where he was a crane operator. Earlier in life, he worked for Kelsey Hays Wheel Company in McKeesport. Charles was a handyman and took pride in the fact that he remodeled his house by himself. He and his wife belonged to a special group of friends that loved to dance. They would stay up late dancing the night away making memories to last a lifetime. Charles went camping with his family a lot and enjoyed duckpin bowling. In addition to his beloved wife, Charles is survived by his children, Annette (Jim) Bryer, Charles Jr. (Christine) Mingo; 4 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his 8 brothers and sisters. Family and friends will be received at the Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Sunday May 7, 2017 from 2-8 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be Monday May 8, 2017 at 10 a.m. at St. Patrick Church.
