Linda Jean Broman, age 73 of Port Vue, passed away on Sunday, September 20, 2020 in UPMC McKeesport Hospital.  Born July 22, 1947 in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Glenn G. and Elinore E. (Rodgers) Broman.  A retired assistant manager for American General Financial and member of the Port Vue United Methodist Church.  Linda is survived by her brother Bob (Kathy) Broman of Penn Twp and her nephews -- who she loved with all of her heart and always treated so well -- Brad and Craig (Lindsay) Broman.

Melvin Charles Harlan, 79, of Elizabeth Township, passed away Sunday, September 20, 2020 at home. He was born April 8, 1941 in Glassport and was the son of the late Harold E. and Lucy I. (Gunder) Harlan. Melvin was a member and greeter at St. Michael Parish in Elizabeth Township. He was also a member of the adult education and fellowship group there. He was retired from Eastman Chemical Co, and had previously worked for US Steel Clairton Works. Melvin was a 1959 graduate of Glassport High School and was a US Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam War. He was an avid golfer, gardener, fisherman and sports fan. His biggest pride was his family.

Jenna R. Maroadi, 34, of North Huntingdon, passed away Friday, September 18, 2020.  She was born September 8, 1986 in Jeannette, a daughter of William and Lynn (Smalley) Maroadi.  Jenna was a graduate of Norwin Sr. High School, Class of 2005 where she sang in the show choir and was a member of the Norwin Band.  Jenna was a full-time student at Pitt Greensburg, majoring in psycology and minoring in Spanish and Music.  She was vice president of the Spanish Club, Pier Leader at Pitt and made Dean's list for two years.  She enjoyed singing and acting and sang in Young Frankenstein at Pitt Greensburg. Jenna was an avid Trump supporter and dog lover.   She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Rose Maroadi.  Jenna is survived by her daughter, Cassidy Vehar; brother, Anthony Maroadi and his fiancee, Christina; maternal grandmother, Carol Smalley; and paternal grandfather, Bill Maroadi; best friend and father of her daughter, Josh Vehar; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.  Friends will be received from 2-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon.  A funeral service will take place on Thursday in the funeral home chapel at 10 a.m.  Interment to follow in Irwin Union Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her daughter Cassidy for her future college fund; William and Lynn Maroadi, 760 Castleview Drive, North Huntingdon, PA  15642.  Jenna would want to relay her message of God Bless America, for she deeply loved her country.  www.shirleyfuneralhome.com

Lance E. Nelson, 54, of North Huntingdon, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2020.  He was born July 17, 1966 in Jeannette, a son of the late Stanley and Betty (Morgan) Nelson.  Lance was a systems analyst for UPMC and a veteran of the US Air Force.  He was a graduate of Norwin Senior High School Class of 1984 and earned his Bachelor's Degree from Cal U.  He enjoyed hiking, reading and spending time with his family.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Joshua David Nelson; brother-in-law, Drew Horwat.  He is survived by his wife, Melissa Burkhart Nelson; son, Matthew Nelson; daughter, Hannah Nelson; sister, Leslie Horwat; his beloved pup, Loki, and his furry feline Nessie.  Arrangements made by the James W. James Robert “West Virginia Jim” Pusey Sr. died Friday, September 18, 2020.

Jim was a lifelong member of West Wilmerding Fire Dept, Station 211, a proud Veteran of the United States Army, and a member of the Sub Alpine Society in Turtle Creek. He was an avid lover of Jeeps, Nascar, his home State of West Virginia and the Mountaineers. Above all, Jim loved his kids and grandkids.

Jim is survived by Sherry Russell, his loving girlfriend of 21 years. Beloved father of Melvin (Desiree) Saula, Michele (Mike) Brancato, JR (Lindsay) Pusey, Merle “Bud” (Amy) Pusey. Adoring grandfather of Alyssa Saula, Alyza Pusey, Marie Brancato, Tessa Pusey, Santino Hartford, Maddy Machtley and Brianna Hartford, great grandfather of Cora Smith and Mason James Giglio. He is also survived by his brother, Sam (BJ) Pusey, Tim Pusey, Mike (Naomi) Pusey, Mark (April) Pusey; sisters, Tina (Larry) Windon, Susan Reed, Tammy Evans, the mother of his children, Kathleen (nee Saula) Hynes, many nieces and nephews and many friends.

Florence K. Puskaric, age 90 of Marshall, MI and formerly of McKeesport, passed away on September 17, 2020 at Oaklawn Hospital in Marshall.   Born March 14, 1930 in Munhall, she was a daughter of the late John and Katherine (Warsic) Barsic.  She was employed as a security officer for ten years at the Joseph Hornes Department Store in Monroeville.  Florence came to Michigan in 2004 from McKeesport.  She was a home maker that  loved to shop, cook, and bake.  Florence was proud to be crowned Miss Pittsburgh in 1947.  She was united in marriage on May 15, 1949 to Joseph Puskaric, and he preceded her in death on May 14, 2003.  She was also preceded in death by her brothers John, Frank, and George.  She is survived by her loving daughter Kathy Puskaric of Marshall and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Frank was a member of St Agnes Parish, North Huntingdon PA and formerly a member of the Visitation Church and men’s rosary society, Mt Pleasant PA. He was a devout Catholic and hardworking family man who loved to tinker around the house. His family and faith were very important to Frank and he was always there to help anyone in need. He will be dearly missed by all.

Friends and family will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike North Huntingdon, PA on Sunday, September 20, 2020 from 4 pm to 7 pm. Mass of Christian burial will be at the Visitation Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 740 Walnut Street, Mt Pleasant, PA on Monday, September 21, 2020 at 11am followed by an intermittent burial service at the Visitation Cemetery in Mt Pleasant, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank’s memory to Tunnel to Towers or Redstone At Home Hospice.
