Tina M. Anderson, age 61, of McKeesport, died October 12, 2021, at UPMC McKeesport. Born January 30, 1960, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Dorothy (Campbell) Neish and the wife of Jack L. Anderson, Jr.
She was a loving wife and mother, always there when needed. Her greatest joy and the light of her life was caring for her granddaughters. Tina retired from Forbes Hospital, where she was a secretary.
In addition to her husband, Tina is survived by her sons, Jason Anderson of Dravosburg, and Kris (Caitlin McKelvey) Anderson of Peters Township; granddaughters, Savia and Rylee; nieces and nephews; beloved pet dog, "Jake."

Donald W. Montgomery, 96, of White Oak, died Sunday October 10, 2021 in Excela Westmoreland Hospital. He was born March 1, 1925 in Turtle Creek, the son of the late William and Clara B. (Jones) Montgomery. He was a WWII Army veteran who served at Normandy, France, and was a member of American Legion Post 701, White Oak. He was a retired fireman for the Union Railroad and a member of Valley Lodge, No 613, F. & A.M., Turtle Creek. He is survived by his cousin Barry Harper and many friends including lifelong friends Shirley Kemerer Mudra and her husband P.J. and Gary Madeira and his wife Kim.

Avid hunter, genuine family man, and the best Pap Pap in the world, Richard Lee Miller Jr., age 71, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 surrounded by his loved ones. Rich was a 1968 graduate of the South Allegheny School District. He was a retired cement mason from Local 526 and was a member of the Junior Order United American Mechanics, Coal Valley Council #98. He was a long-time employee of more than 40 years at McHolme Builders Inc. in Elizabeth. Rich took great pride in his four grandchildren. He would never miss a softball, baseball, or soccer game they had, even if he had to watch his South Carolina grandchildren on video! Those four kids were his pride and joy. Born March 25, 1950 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Richard Sr. and Alice (Hansen) Miller. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Gloria Jean (Drnach) Miller; daughter, Allison (Gary) Grimm of Elizabeth Twp.; son, Richard Lee (Jennifer) Miller III, of Fort Mill, SC; PROUD Pap Pap of Alivia, Nathan, Molly, and Noah; siblings, Carol Silverstein, Barry, James and Ronald Miller; also, nieces and nephews.

Haile, Jr. of Jeannette, Timothy J. Haile of McKeesport, Jerry L. Haile of Natrona, Susan Richardson of Wilkinsburg, and Thomas C. Haile of McKeesport; also by 14 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and his brother, John C. Haile of Sacramento, CA.  Mr. Haile was an electrical contractor and owner of G.W. Debra Ann Kiser, age 61, of Liberty Borough, died October 8, 2021, at UPMC Montefiore. She was born February 6, 1960, in Smyrna, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Eugene and Thelma (Murray) Ashcroft. Debra is survived by her loving husband of 18 years, Donald "Kip" Kiser.
Debra was always busy, from her time as a CNA at Jefferson Hospital to running her parent's card shop in Holiday, Florida. She also spent a lot of time working in the service industry. On Debra's off time, she enjoyed soaking up the sun at Honeymoon Island, Florida, going to see the ocean and manatees at Cocoa Beach, Florida, and the trip to New York to see the butterfly exhibit.
In addition to her husband, Debra is survived by her siblings; Eugene Ashcroft, Angie (Ashcroft), and Robert Ashcroft.
