He was 47 years young and his long life on Earth was considered a medical miracle. Vince was non-verbal and had a rare congenital genetic abnormality.

She was born in McKeesport, PA on January 4, 1925 and was the daughter of the late Verne and Elizabeth Chilson Morrison. Eunice was the wife of the late Donald C. Rarick. In her younger years, she worked in a variety of roles and later retired after twenty-five years of dedicated service with the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. She was a member of Happy Hearts, Keenagers, AARP, Ridge Road Women’s Club, and Meals on Wheels. She loved playing cards from pinochle, 500 bid, and hands and feet. She also enjoyed shopping, and going on vacation to Geneva on the Lake, Deep Creek Lake and Longboat Key, Florida.
