Thelma Jean Smitley, age 79, of Elizabeth, passed away on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at William Penn Care Center in Jeannette. A retired caretaker at Mount Vernon of Elizabeth, she enjoyed bowling, bingo, puzzles and crosswords. She also enjoyed baking zucchini bread, Christmas cookies and her famous pineapple cookies and distributing them to residents at the nursing home.

Roxane  Biddle Culley, 101, formerly of New Eagle and West Elizabeth, passed away at Lawson Nursing Home on Friday, April 26, 2019.  She was born October 13, 1917, to the late Lawrence and Bessie Mae Mehrmann Biddle.  Roxane is survived by many nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her husband Samuel Culley, brothers Lawrence Kermit, Charles Alonzo, and Nathaniel Clayton.  Roxane worked as the head cook in the cafeteria of West Jefferson Hills High School, was a member of the Olivet United Presbyterian Church of West Elizabeth, and active in the Ladies Fellowship Class.  Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 from 6pm – 8pm and Thursday 9am – 11am at E.C. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 235 Monongahela Ave, Glassport, PA 15045.  A committal service will take place Thursday, May 2, 2019, 11:30am in Jefferson Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Olivet United Presbyterian Church of West Elizabeth, 726 4^th St., West Elizabeth, PA. 15088. Patricia A. "Patty" Reagan, 88, of McKeesport, passed away Friday, April 26, 2019. She was born November 12, 1930 in Uniontown and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Gertrude (Honsaker) Kennedy. She was the wife of the late Robert M. Reagan who passed away October 29, 1998. Patty is survived by her daughters, Patricia M. Letchford of Boston, Joanne Reagan-Tate of Elizabeth Township, Roberta  (James) Mirt of Greenock, and Kimberly (John) Fillippa of White Oak, grandchildren, Missy, Matt, Megan, Dallas, Jamie, David, Michael, Brian, Joseph, Bill, Kelly, Brad, Casey, and Taylor, 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Denise "Karen" Reagan, son, Barton Reagan and brother, Jerome Kennedy. There is no visitation. Private burial will be in the Masontown-Greendale Cemetery. He loved cars and took them to many car cruises and shows. He was a great mechanic and sponsored little league baseball for many years. He was a great husband, father, and grandfather. Beloved husband for 60 years to Bernice (Manns) Monzak; father of George W.
