Helena M. Webb-Bey, age 61, of McKeesport, died February 22, 2020, at home. Born on April 28, 1958, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Charles Millsap and Floann Clark.
Helena was a Moorish American Muslim and was an honorary member of the Unity Temple and the Moorish Science Temple of America. She was a talented artist and jeweler,  and also loved to do crafts and computer coding.

Larry Louis Brown, 61, of Clairton, departed this life on February 12, 2020. He was born on January 4, 1959 to the late Willie H. Williams in Ohio. He was adopted in love by Mrs. Georgette Williams.

Larry graduated from Clairton High School. Shortly after school, he went into the United States Army and served as a Material Specialist. He also received a badge for Rifle Marksman. Larry was a proud Clairtonian!  He was an avid Clairton Bear fan, from the high school team to the Baby Twerps.

Margaret A. Lasich, age 97 of Clairton, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2020 in Jefferson Hospital.  Born November 26, 1922 in Clairton, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Myslin) Vossel.  A member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish in Clairton, Margaret will be remembered as fiercely independent and politically aware, as an avid and knowledgeable Steelers and Pirates fan, as a lover of talk radio, but, most importantly, as an amazing and loving mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, and aunt.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Frank Lasich, who passed away February 21, 1993, and her siblings Anne Popcak, John, Paul, and Michael Vossel, Helen Bercik, Verona "Florence" Annel, and Joseph Vossel.  Margaret is survived by her daughter Marie (John) Perticone of West Mifflin, her grandson Alex Perticone of Pittsburgh, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Daniel L. Radakovich

NFL and collegiate football coach Daniel L. Radakovich, known as “Bad Rad,” passed away at his home on February 20, 2020.

Radakovich was born on November 27, 1935 to Michael and Bridget Radakovich of Duquesne.

Radakovich grew up alongside the roller coasters and barker’s tents of Kennywood amusement park. He frequently shared tales of the famous circus acts and entertainers that stayed in his parents’ home, including the Flying Wallendas and Gene Kelly.

Stories were a hallmark of Radakovich’s existence. He was a legendary storyteller and was himself the subject of many humorous, surprising, and even outrageous anecdotes told by others!

He authored a memoir on his life in football, Bad Rad Football Nomad, that includes a number of these stories as well as an accounting of his many innovations in the sports field. Radakovich loved the game of football but also golf, basketball, history, travel, old movies, music, and most of all, his family and his friends.

Paliscak, 48, of North Huntingdon, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at home.  He was born December 27, 1971 in Pittsburgh, son of George Paliscak and the late Ruth Paliscak.  He was a 1990 graduate of Norwin High School and earned his Master's Degree from Temple University in 1995.  Chris was the quaterback at Norwin High School as well as Temple University, and he was an avid Pittsburgh sports fan.  He spent most of his career in sales with industrial packaging companies in the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh area.  Chris is survived by his wife, Jennifer Vonderkall Paliscak; children, Juliana and Brady of Penn Township; brothers, David (Sally) Paliscak and Daniel Paliscak; sister, Julie (Michael) Puhl; In-laws, Joe and Kathy Vonderkall; brother-in-law, Chris (Kara) Vonderkall; and several nieces, nephews, and great-niece and nephews.  Friends and family will be received from 3-8 p.m. on Friday at the James W. Eugenia was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish and was a retired Private Duty Nurse.  She was a board member and past president of the McKeesport Hospital School of Nursing Alumni Association, and the McKeesport Little Theater. She was also a member of the McKeesport Heritage Center, and was a volunteer at the McKeesport Hospital Gift Shop and the former Blind Association - McKeesport Chapter.

Oscar DeWayne Allen, 53, born June 5, 1955 to the late Robeana Casey in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. He departed this life on February 19, 2020. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter Shawnta’ Petty and sister Jolanda Casey.

DeWayne attended and graduated from McKeesport  High School. He worked at Westinghouse for over 15 years. Anyone that knew DeWayne would say that he had a special relationship with his grandchildren, they called him “G LOC.”

Joseph J. Jacobs Jr., 97, of Turtle Creek, passed away Monday, February 24, 2020.  He was born November 1, 1922 in Braddock, a son of the late Joseph J. Michael S. Chismar, age 68, of Elizabeth passed away unexpectedly at Jefferson Hospital on Monday, February 24, 2020. Mike was one of the first employees of the “then grand” Century III Mall. After nearly 30 years of service there, he was a bus driver for the Baldwin-Whitehall School District. Mike loved the peacefulness of fishing by boat or along the shorelines of Pennsylvania’s beautiful lakes or mountain streams. Being born in Exeter, he loved the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants but soon after moving to the Pittsburgh area he became an avid Steelers fan and all of Western Pennsylvania’s charms. Born July 28, 1951 in Exeter, he was a son of the late John and Sue (Rebovich) Chismar. He is survived by his wife, Amy C. (Furiga) Chismar; daughter, Celine (Matthew) Weaver of Munford, TN; son, Stephen (Amanda) Chismar of Elizabeth; grandchildren, Landon and Cohen Chismar and Aubrey and Jude Weaver; sister, Susan Chismar of Monroeville; brother-in-law Robert (Vickie) Furiga of Huntingdon; sisters-in-law, Camille (Michael) Autieri of Mt.
