Fasekas, age 90 of Clairton, passed away on Friday, June 28, 2019 in her home.  Born September 5, 1928 in Clairton, she was a daughter of the late Judgi and Catherine Malacki and wife of the late Joseph E. Fasekas who passed away December 31, 2012.  A member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish, Hazel is survived by her children Cindy (Rick) Salmon of Flemington, NJ, Gloria (Gerry) Bartos of Yorktown, VA, and Joseph Fasekas of Morgantown, WV; her close friend Robert Matz of Morgantown, WV; her five grandchildren Jill Fisher, Megan Salmon, Jeremy and Jason Bartos, and Jodie Tirch; her six great-grandchildren Cora, Taylor, Tyler, Abigail, Avery, and Andrew; her siblings Gina Sydeski of Tampa, FL and Frank Malacki of San Diego, CA; and also nieces and nephews.

James E. Burnsworth, Jr., age 71 of Clairton, passed away at home on Friday, June 28, 2019.  Born April 28, 1948 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late James E. Burnsworth, Sr. and Mary P. (DiFazio) Burnsworth.  A self employed truck driver, James also worked at Gulf Materials in Braddock.  He enjoyed spending his free time working on his truck, and he was a loving father, grandfather, and uncle.  He is survived by his wife Rhoda (Gurner) Burnsworth; his children Payton Burnsworth of Clairton and Marc Burnsworth of Lawrence, KS; his grandson Riley Burnsworth of Lawrence, KS; his siblings Mary Ann Falk of Finleyville, Sandy Elder of Clairton, and Joe Burnsworth of Rostraver Twp.; nephew Jordon Burnsworth and other nieces and nephews.

Rapsack, age 92 and formerly of Clairton, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 in Overlook Green Nursing Facility, Whitehall.  Born May 3, 1927 in Clairton, she was a daughter of the late Mitro and Julia (Kolcun) Hrapchak.  A member of Ascension of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church in Clairton, Irene served as a nun for more than 30 years with the Sister Servants of Mary Immaculate of Sloatsburg, NY, earning her Ph.D. from Fordham University.   She taught all over and outside of the United States at various schools and institutions before taking a job with the Byzantine Diocese of Cleveland, then retiring back home to the area.  Irene was a self-sufficient, independent, and devout woman who made her own way and lived a very interesting life.

Born November 4, 1927 in Shoaf, he was a son of the late Joseph and Anna Noga. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, June (Rebar) Noga; and nieces and nephews. Dolores C. (Kuenzli) Yates, age 89, of Elizabeth, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2019.  She was a member of St. Michael Parish in Elizabeth Twp. Born May 2, 1930 in Hays, she was a daughter of the late Fredrick and Agnes Dall (Ollivo) Kuenzli and wife of the late Bert H. Yates Jr. She is survived by daughters, Karen (Thomas) Turnell of Liberty Borough and Tammy (Sean) Tremba of Crafton; son, Bert H. (Trudy) Yates III of Liberty Borough; grandchildren, Tracey, Diana, Noah and the late Michael Turnell; five great-grandchildren; and two nieces. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by brother, Fredrick Kuenzli. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Patricia Ann Connelly, age 77 of North Huntingdon and formerly of White Oak, passed away on Thursday, June 13, 2019 in Redstone Highlands.  Born February 2, 1942 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late John E. and Ann Marie (Morsey) Connelly.  An active member of St. Angela Merici Roman Catholic Parish, Patricia was a 1959 graduate of McKeesport High School and 1966 graduate of Slippery Rock State College.  She spent 32 of her 35-year career teaching at Francis McClure Junior HS in the McKeesport Area School District.  Patricia was also a devoted animal lover and advocate.  She is survived by her brothers John C. (Pam) Connelly of Mableton, GA, Richard (Janice) Connelly of Rochester, NY, and Bart (Cindy) Connelly of Atlanta, GA; her nieces and nephews Nicole (Michael), Chris (Sara), Brian, and Jennifer (Joe); five great-nephews, one great-niece, and also many cousins and good friends.

Mary Elizabeth (DeBor) Zwack, age 98 of Clairton, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2019.  Born February 22, 1921 in Pittsburgh, she was the third of five children of the late Arcadius Ferdinand DeBoar and Clara (Weis) Debor.  Mary was raised through the great depression, and the great and deadly flu and scarlet fever epidemics that forced quarantines on her home growing up.  After casting aside a litany of ardent suitors, she chose a handsome US Army Sergeant as her husband: the late Michael N. Zwack, who passed away November 24, 2013.  Although she never reached over five feet tall, she could run fast and had a very protective older brother.  She is survived by her daughter Diane Fagot of Clairton; her grandchildren Bridget (Sean) Rieger of Elizabeth and Neil (Julie) Fagot of Pleasant Hills;  her great-grandchildren Kaia, Bodi, and Soren Rieger and Mirielle Fagot; her sister Madelyn DeBor; and also many nieces and nephews.

Seman, age 74 of Elizabeth and formerly of Clairton, passed away on Friday, June 7, 2019 in Jefferson Hospital.  Born April 20, 1945 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Steve and Margaret (Havrilla) Seman.  A self employed painter, James was a member of Ascension of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church.  In his spare time, he loved to play cards with friends and make trips to the casino.  He is survived by his long-time companion of 30 years Rose March; his children Beth Greathouse of Mims, FL, Karen Seman of Clairton, and Edward Kelly of Monroeville; his five grandchildren; his two great-grandchildren; his siblings Marge Sedor of Clairton, Steve Seman of Manassas, VA, and Daniel Seman of Baldwin; and also nieces and nephews.
