Frank H. Topper, age 62, of Avonmore, died Thursday, August 4, 2016.  He was born in Pittsburgh on August 6, 1953 and is the son of Helen Elizabeth (Limegrover) Gullion and the late Frank D. Topper.  He was employed at the Union Railroad until he retired.  He enjoyed farming at “Camp Pee in the Woods” and doting over his grandchildren.  He is survived by his son Fred (Beth) Topper of N. Rhonda Lee Luketic, age 49 of McKeesport, died peacefully at her residence on Friday, July 29, 2016.  She was born in McKeesport on Nov.7, 1966, and is the daughter of the late Stephen and Sharon (Cunningham) Luketic.  She is survived by her daughters, Nichole (Fran) Angert, Stefani (Jeremiah) Merritt and Kristi Merritt all of McKeesport; sisters, Debbie Luketic of Port Vue, Jackie Luketic of West Mifflin, and Sherry Luketic of Port Vue; grandchildren, CJ, Aydin, and Adriana; Also many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her brother, Stevie Luketic.  Rhonda was a good “Nana” and loved her grandchildren. Irene Falco Dunlap, age 81, of White Oak died on June 25, 2016. She was born in McKeesport on June 7, 1935 and is the daughter of the late John and Mary Bodnar Popovich. She is the wife of the late Gilbert Henry Falco and the late Clifford Dunlap.

George Edward Klacik, age 84 of McKeesport, went home to be with his Savior, Jesus Christ, Wednesday, June 22, 2016.  He was born in McKeesport on May 7, 1932 and is the son of the late George and Susan (Balas) Klacik.  He served in the US Army post Korean war 1955.  He was retired from US Steel after 27 years of employment. George was an avid pinochle player, enjoyed working with electronics and was fascinated by aeronautics.
He is survived by his daughter, Jacquelyn (William) D’Antonio of Lititz, Pa; sons, Alan Lee (Darlene) Klacik of Pittsburgh, Pa. and Gene Klacik of Tarentum, Pa; grandchildren, Lauren and David D’Antonio, Steve, Michael, Jason and Mike Klacik; and seven great-grandchildren.  His sister Irene Mulac and niece Monica Mulac.
