Angel "Mike" Diaz, age 82 of McKeesport, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 28, 2020, after a long battle with lung cancer. Born in Comerio, Puerto Rico, on September 18, 1938, he was the son of the late Daniel Vincente Diaz and Rosa Rivera Diaz.

Angel moved to Pittsburgh in the mid-1960s. He was a skilled carpenter and a great cook. He will be sadly missed by his family.

Emma Marie McKenzie, 79, of McKeesport, passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at Transitions Health Care Center, North Huntingdon.  She was born, April 10, 1941 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Richard  and Helen (Sakol) Slater.  Prior to her retirement, Emma worked for Bic Corporation in Clearwater, FL as an assembler and later worked for McDonald's in Olympia.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Richard and Edward Slater.  She is survived by her sons, John McKenzie and his wife, Jeneen, Jeff McKenzie; daughter, Angela Abbott and her husband, Harry; sister, Kathleen (Bob) Slater; grandchildren, Sean Abbott, John (Nichole) McKenzie, Matthew (Victoria) McKenzie, Zachary McKenzie; great-grandchildren, Sean, Waylon, Danica,  Easton; and Rev. Norma Jane (Keeler) Chamberlin

Norma Jane (Keeler) Chamberlin, 86, of North Huntingdon, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at William Penn Care Center, Jeannette.  She was born, January 22, 1934 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Arthur and Alice (Olsen) Keeler.  Norma was a loving mom, grandma and friend.  She spent most of her life sharing her musical talent in numerous churches and touched so many hearts as she directed the church choir.  Many lives were touched by her words of wisdom and her caring way.  Mom was blessed by her loving family and her family was truly blessed by her!  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Chamberlin; and sister, Carol Ann Keeler.  She is survived by her daughters, Linda Benish and Laura Kochasic and her husband, Donald; and devoted grandma to Jacob (Diane), Julie, Josh, Emily and Evan.   Services are private.  Service was officiated by Mary Ann Milne.  Arrangements made by the James W. Marie Clara (Winterhalter) Jakiela, age 83, of North Versailles passed away Monday, November 30, 2020. She was born September 22, 1937 in Bellevue, the daughter of the late Charles Sr. and Marie Winterhalter. She was a longtime member of Mary Mother of God Parish (formerly St. Robert Bellarmine) in East McKeesport. She worked for First Federal Bank in White Oak and National City in Pittsburgh before retiring.

She was a member of the North Versailles, East McKeesport, and Turtle Creek Senior Citizens groups.

She is survived by son Robert (Alice) Nicklis of Sumter, SC, daughter Vicky (Donald) O'Toole of Latrobe, son David (Cathy) Nicklis of Bedford, and daughter Lori (David) Kracinovsky of  West Mifflin; stepdaughters Marianne Martin (Jim Lindsay) of Panama City, FL, Deborah (Jon) Peace of Fairhope, AL, and Carol (John) Baron of Florence, AL. She is also survived by sisters Janet Ness of Jacobus,  Suzie (Mike) Morris of Edmond, OK, and Goldie Griffith of Holidaysburg and brother Roy (LeAnn) Claar of Holidaysburg; grandchildren, Christopher (Jennifer) Nicklis of Dallas, GA, Bridget (Dan) Labishak of Baldwin, Chrissie (Matt) Begin of Elyria, OH, Kimberly (Roger) Nee of Bedford, David  (Joyce) Nicklis of Bedford, DJ Kracinovsky of Nashville, TN, Kara Kracinovsky of West Mifflin, Brett (Emily) Martin of Lecanto, FL, Erin (Matt) Curran of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Janel Martin of Manhattan, NY, Amanda Martin of Panama city, FL Meghan (Scott) Stallbaum of San Antonio, TX, Anne (Rick) Stairhime of Crozet, VA, Sean (Jackie) Peace of Columbus, O William Baron of Oxford, AL, Sarah Baron of Miami, FL, Jacob Baron of Starkville, MS; eight great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews and dear friends. She is the widow of the late Robert (Bob) Nicklis of Langdondale whom she married in 1951 and the late Lawrence (Larry) Maydak whom she married in 1990. She is also preceded in death by her parents, Warren Bill) and Faye (Weiser)   Nevitt of Bedford, sister Nancy Gates  of New Paris, brother Robert Clarr of WY, brother-in-laws, Perry Ness of Jacobus, Harry "Poose" Gates of New Paris and William Griffith of Holidaysburg, and her mother Helen Dodson Clarr of Holidaysburg.

Ethel was employed by Stratigo's Catering of White Oak for 23 years and by the Gateway Clipper Fleet of Pittsburgh for 14 years. She was a lifelong member of the United Church of Christ, first in Friend's Cove (Bedford) and then in Duquesne. She enjoyed her many years as a member of the GFWC Women's Club of Duquesne, the Knights of Columbus Seniors, and the Duquesne Annex Seniors. She served as a past president of the Duquesne Band Parents. She loved baking and sharing the cakes, pies, and cookies she made, but nothing made her happier than yelling BINGO!

Friends and family will be received in the William S. Skovranko Memorial Home, Inc., 828 Richford Street, Duquesne, PA, 15110 on Thursday December 3, 2020 from 2-8 PM and on Friday December 4, 2020 from 10 until time of service at 11AM with Rev. James  Condron, in the Memorial Home. Burial will follow in Penn-Lincoln Memorial Park, North Huntingdon.

Nancy was a fun-loving woman of faith who had the most beautiful smile. She attended the former Bell Bridge Wesleyan Church of Lincoln Borough. Nancy was a US Army veteran, serving during peacetime and loved to wear red, white and blue. She was a member of the Lincoln Borough Mother's Club and a participant of Community Life for many years.
