Arlene "Chee Chee" P. George, 79, of Port Vue, died Aug. 29, 2018. She is the daughter of the late Emil and Laura Russen. Beloved wife of the late Ronald George. Arlene is survived by daughters Lynn George of Munhall and Debby George of Port Vue; sons John George of Collegeville, Pa, Joseph (Julie) George of Farmington Hills, MI, David (Karen) George of West Homestead and Anthony (Daisy) George of Springfield, GA; grandchildren Jessica and Sammy; brothers Emil Russen and Frank (Marianne) Russen; sister Paula Thompson; also nieces and nephews. Arlene was a former employee of US Steel and also worked as a retail manager and bookeeper and also was a talented musician and played drums, she loved listening to country music, and was an artist she loved to draw and paint. She also had a passion for cooking and baking as well as camping and fishing. She loved spending time with children and especially her grandchildren.

Kenneth Wayne Holmes, 88, of Dravosburg, passed away at home Wednesday, August 29, 2018. He was born December 20, 1929 in McKeesport to the late Jerry and Mary Cigrand Holmes. Kenny was a loving husband to his late wife, Iva Beitler Holmes for 38 years. He is survived by nieces and nephews. Along with his parents and wife, Kenny was preceded in death by his faithful companion of many years, Betty Hollenbeck; sisters, Mattie Econovich, Emmie Holmes; and brothers, William, Charles, John, Jerry, and Harry Holmes. He served in the US Army during WWII and also served during the Korean War, he was a retired employee of US Steel National Tube in McKeesport, was a member of Dravosburg United Methodist Church, was an avid hunter, loved driving cars and golfing, but most of all loved his family. Kenny was honored and delighted to receive his “60 year” pin as a member of the Duquesne/McKeesport Lodge #731 of the Free and Accepted Masons. Arrangements have been entrusted to I. M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 203 4th Street, Dravosburg, PA 15034. As per Kenny’s wishes, there will be no visitation; however, a graveside service will be conducted at Donegal Cemetery on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 11:00 am. Ronald C. Zubasic, age 57, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Monday, August 27, 2018 at Excela Health Frick Hospital from injuries sustained in an accident. He was the owner of Ronald Zubasic Home Improvements in Elizabeth Twp. He enjoyed every aspect of the outdoors including camping, boating and sharing time with those he loved. His favorite entertainment was listening to the band The Real Deal. He was known to many as "the Bird Man" because of his pet parrots that accompanied him to many public events. Ron’s greatest assets were his kindness and generosity. He loved his dog and best friend, Buddy, who passed away with him.

Caryle Ann Raymer, 81, of Coulter, passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018. She was born May 29, 1937 in Coulter and was the daughter of the late Orville G. and Mary (Stewart) Drescher. She was the wife of the late Ronald E. Raymer who died September 23, 1999. Caryle was a member of Christ United Methodist Church in Coulter and was a former member of the Coulter Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed her grandkids and great-grandkids, shopping outings at Grove City Outlets, playing Bingo, and her monthly lunches with her childhood girlfriends. Brenda Marie Hood, 68, of McKeesport was called home to meet her heavenly father while in the loving care of her sister-law, Denine Hood on Sunday August 19, 2018. She was born on January 4, 1950 in Braddock, PA to the late Willie James and Josephine Rogers Hood at Braddock Hospital.
Tiny accepted the Lord Jesus Christ at the age of 17 at her home church, Jerusalem Baptist Church of Duquesne, PA. She was an active member of the Pulpit Guild at Jerusalem and taught Sunday school to the young children there. She was a warrior for Christ and continued to march and praise for the glory of her God throughout the rest of her life.
She graduated from Duquesne High School in 1968. Tiny attended Berkeley School of Business which is now Bradford School of Business and graduated in 1970 with an Associate’s Degree in Business.
Tiny worked for Alcoa and retired after 20 years. Once retired, the Lord’s work for her had just begun. Tiny’s love and compassion for people was so pure that she proceeded to become a foster parent and caregiver for the elderly at Mon Yough Community Services. She was a foster mother for several agencies over the years including Kadie Services, Allegheny East, Children Youth Services, Circle C and Auberle. Tiny also was a Girl Scout leader in 1997, a volunteer at The Creative Convention (Woodland Hills School District), and worked for the post office in Giant Eagle of White Oak, PA for 9 years.

He was born July 14, 1951 in Pittsburgh, Pa., the son of Frank “Frosty” and Helen (Donnelly) Orzulak. Raised in Port Vue, PA, he was a 1969 graduate of South Allegheny High School and in 1974 earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Arts at California State College in California, Pa. He taught metal shop at Plum High School for 5 years and was a supervisor for PennDOT, Lovedale District, for a number of years. He was a proud member of the Port Vue Volunteer Fire Company.
After a move to Lawrence, Kansas, in 1985, Tom was the director of parking services at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas, before landing his dream job as Street Division Manager for the City of Lawrence for 23 years, retiring in 2013.
He married Patricia Smith on May 17, 1975 in Versailles, Pa. She survives at home.

She was a member of Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary Russian Orthodox Church in McKeesport where she taught Religious Education for 65 years, receiving special recognition from the bishop for her years of service. A former clerk at the Glass House in Glassport, she was an avid sports fan and enjoyed bowling and softball.

Delbert was a loving husband for 43 years to the late Edith A. Azzari Pavlick. In 2005, he won “PA’s Outstanding Older Worker” award which is a prestigious national award given to elder workers (only 1 per state) to acknowledge their years in the workforce. He was born in Jeannette and was the son of George R. and Patricia Ann Bodnar Nuttall of McKeesport. Michael worked as a carpet cleaner and maintenance for Mark of Excellence. He was a die-hard Steelers fan, who had a Steelers museum. He enjoyed working on and fixing cars in his spare time. He would do anything for anyone and never expected anything in return. Michael prided himself in being a provider and his family always came first.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 23 years, Beth Ann (Forsythe) Nuttall, two sons, Mike J. (Fiancée, Kayla) Nuttall, and Shane M. Edward Ellis, age 91, of West Mifflin, died Wednesday, August 1, 2018. He was born in McKeesport on March 18, 1927 and is the son of the late John and Susan Mular Ellis and the husband of the late Ann Sprentz Ellis. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He retired from USX National Works then worked part time at Giant Eagle by Century III Mall. He was an avid hunter, a member of Holy Spirit Church in West Mifflin, and a former member of the Steelworkers Local Union #1408.

DAVID E. HOWARD age 94, of West Mifflin on July 29, 2018. he was a son of the late Daniel and Mary (Flaherty) Howard. He was retired from US Steel Duquesne Works, as a loader. A member of Resurrection Church in West Mifflin and he proudly served his country in the Army Air Corp. during WWII. Husband of the late Dorothy M. (Monahan) Howard; father of David M. (Ruth) Howard of Duquesne,PA, Kevin P. (Rose) Howard of Sinking Springs, PA, James E. (Paula) Howard of Lincoln, RI, and the late Colleen (surviving spouse Jerry) Kovaly; also 10 grandchildren and six great-granschildren. He was predeceased by six brothers and two sisters. Visitation on Sunday, August 5 friom 1-8 p.m., at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, 915 Kennedy Ave Duquesne 412-466-3300, where a Blessing Service will be held on Monday at 9 a.m., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Name Chruch of Christ the Light of the World Parish at 9:30 a.m. Rev. Thomas Lewandowski officiating. Burial with Military Honors at Jefferson Memorial Park.
