He was the owner of Al Ernst Window Cleaning Co., was an avid Penguins, Steelers and Pirates fan, enjoyed fishing and was excellent at horseshoes, darts & pool. He was the husband of 16 years to Jill (Fouser) Ernst; father of Joe (Tammie) Ernst of Jefferson Hills and Chad Ernst of Clairton; grandfather of Tristin, Emerick, Macksim & Ensleigh Ernst; step father of Dena (Kevin) Wright of Leesburg, VA, Jennifer Stefan of West Mifflin, Michael (Lizz) Skovranko of Erie; step grandfather of Katie Wright, Jocelyn Stefan, Ryan Stefan, Jacob Stefan, Dean Stefan and Aria Skovranko. Jesse R. Williams, affectionately known to many as Essie, 66, was born June 12, 1954, in McKeesport, PA. The beloved son of the late Essie and Tina (Taulton) Williams, he departed this life on December 1, 2020, at UPMC Shadyside Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sisters, Belinda and Patricia Williams.
Jesse was a graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School. He furthered his education at Youngstown State University where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Jesse was a Computer Analyst for Armada Supply Chain Solutions. On November 26, 1983, he married Jeanette McDew and to this union, two children were birthed.
Jesse was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He enjoyed spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf and he was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Jesse was loved by so many people because he was the type of man who would do anything for his family and friends. He was the rock of his family and that void can never be filled.

Albert G. Moore Jr., 91, of Irwin, passed away Sunday, November 29, 2020. He was born July 3, 1929 in Wilmerding, a son of the late Albert G. Sr. and Hazel C. (Mellinger) Moore and was also preceded in death by his sisters Helen Davies and Margaret Short and a nephew Larry Davies.
He was a charter member of West Hempfield Presbyterian Church, a member of Shidle Lodge No. 601 F. & A.M., Irwin, for more than 50 years, and a proud Army veteran that served in the Korean Conflict. Albert began his career as a machinist apprentice at Westinghouse Air Brake Company, Wilmerding.
He owned and operated Moore and Shaver Machining, New Stanton, and prior to his retirement worked as a salesman for REM Electronic Supply Co. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed riding his bike on the Yough River Trail, and would volunteer with the YRBTC to maintain the trail. Albert was an amateur archaeologist.

John Vincent Paoletti, age 78 of Elizabeth Township passed away on Monday, November 30, 2020 in Jefferson Hospital. John “Poe” was born on July 14, 1942 in McKeesport Hospital and grew up in the Wilson area of Clairton. He was the son of the late Leon and Theresa (Azzari) Paoletti. John was a graduate of Clairton High School “Class of 1960”, where he proudly led the Clairton Bears as their standout quarterback. His talents were not limited to the football field, as he also lettered in two additional sports. He went on to attend Dayton University where he continued playing football. After college, John married the “love of his life” Linda. They went on to share a beautiful life together, celebrating 50 years of marriage, and were blessed with three loving daughters and four grandsons whom they adored. John had a long career as a foreman at US Steel-Clairton Works, where he was well liked and respected. John retired after more than 30 years of service. He then began his 2nd career and true calling as #1 grandfather “Pap Pap”.
