Joan Marie Bradley, age 61 of Clairton, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 in Allegheny General Hospital.  Born March 2, 1958 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Alfred L. and Frances L. (Bachowski) Bradley.  A self-employed caregiver and member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish in Clairton, Joan is survived by her siblings Nannette Bradley of Port Vue and Dean Bradley of Liberty Borough, her nephew Bradley, her niece Natalie, and her dear friend Cindy Grossman.  Interment will be private at the request of the family.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Joan's name should be made to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15237.  Arrangements are in the care of the A.J. Frank Vlasic, age 88 of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at Mt. Vernon of Elizabeth Assisted Living.   Born May 27, 1931 in Yugoslavia, he was the son of the late John and Ana (Bogovic) Vlasic.  A retired steelworker for US Steel - National Tube Works in McKeesport, he joins his wife, the late Dorothy Jane (Vugrincic) Vlasic, who passed away September 3, 2018.  Frank lived in White Oak for almost 50 years before having to give up his beloved home and yard where he loved to spend his days outside cutting grass, planting flowers or working on cars. Frank was an active member of CFU Lodge 146 in Versailles for more than 60 years. Frank will always be remembered for his strong work ethic, his outgoing personality, willingness to always lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it and of being a proud Croatian!  His heritage meant everything to him and he never hesitated to tell anyone who would listen how he was Croatian and then would try to teach them his native language.

John Kravetz Jr.,70, of North Huntingdon, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019.  He was born March 4, 1949 in Vestaburg, Pa., a son of the late John and Ruth (Kveder) Kravetz Sr.  John was a 1967 graduate of Beth Center High School and was self-employed as a furniture repairman. He was a member of St. Agnes Parish and was an avid outdoorsman, and especially loved hunting, fishing and fly tying.  He enjoyed flying remote control airplanes and making his own wine.  John is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Carol Matyasovsky Kravetz; sons, John Kravetz and his wife, Beth, Brian Kravetz and his wife, Erika; daughter, Cynthia Chew and her husband, Douglas, Pamela Puskar and her husband, Jonathan; sisters, Sandra Isariyawongse and her husband, Dr. Prakorb, Ruthann Davidovich and her husband, Steve, Tina Kravetz and her husband, Jeff Weber; ten grandchildren, Owen, Austin, Hailey, Noelle, Joseph, Andrew, Lucas, Tyler, Gracie and Trevor.  Family and friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the James W. Kenneth F. West, age 88, of Penn Hills passed away Thursday, November 28, 2019. He was born August 12, 1931 in Duquesne, a son of the late Lewis and Elizabeth West. He attended the Grace Baptist Church in Monroeville. He was an Army veteran that went on to work as a computer operator for U.S. Steel for over 40 years before retiring. Ken coached the little leagues baseball, participated in the neighborhood bowling league, and delivered Meals-on-Wheels food. He had a great sense of humor, was kind-hearted and will be greatly missed. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a son Wayne West.

She was born in Coal Valley, Jefferson Hills on June 18, 1920 to the late Carl and Mary Sinatra Lotto. She was the beloved wife of the late Robert A. Burchesky; loving mother of JoAnn (Barry) Kylander, of Pleasant Hills, Robert M. Burchesky, of Clairton, Connie (Craig) Ramsey, of Elizabeth; sister of Anthony Lotto, of Jefferson Hills and sister-in-law, of Emma Lotto, of Akron, Ohio; cherished grandmother of, Erin (Sam) Nunnery, of Gibsonia and Jessica (Nick Chiavetta) Ramsey, of McKees Rocks; great-grandmother of Samuel Wilson Nunney V. Also survived by special niece Angel Lotto-Rose and many great and great-great nieces and nephews. Laura was preceded in death by brothers: Paul, Anthony, John, and Carl Lotto; sisters: Madeline Burgy, Mary McClanahan, Minnie Foster, Abbie Jordan and Josephine Lotto. Laura was a member of St. Paulinus Church, Holy Angel’s Church and most recently St. Michael’s Church in Elizabeth. She was the owner of Lotto’s Beauty Salon for over 60 years. Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 at S.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N. 6th St, Clairton, PA 15025. A funeral prayer will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:00 am followed by a mass of the Christian Burial at St. Michael’s Church at 10:00 am, presided by Father Thomas Wagner. Paul Kensky, age 93 of Clairton, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2019 in Jefferson Hospital.  He was a conductor for Union Railroad in McKeesport; member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish in Clairton; a Navy Veteran serving during World War II; a member of the American Legion Post # 75 Daniel Keffer, Sons of Columbus Santa Maria Council #4, Croatian Fraternal Union Lodge #248; and was an avid hunter who loved the outdoors and picking wild mushrooms.  Born December 16, 1925 in Clairton, Paul was a son of the late Andrew and Elizabeth (Dora) Kensky. He is preceded in death by his wife Olga (Perich) Kensky.  He is survived by daughter Paula (Paul D.) Kensky Lee of Clairton, brother, Stephen Kensky of Butler, sister-in-law Virginia Pekala of Clairton, and also nieces & nephews,. Bailey, 54, of North Huntingdon, passed away Friday, November 29, 2019.  He was born November 13, 1965 in Indianapolis, IN, a son of Dr. William and Susan (Gaidosh) Bailey Sr.  David was a 1983 graduate of Norwin Sr. High School and later graduated from Sherman College of Chiropractic in SC and practiced in North Huntingdon.  Dave was the most generous and selfless person and always put the needs of others before himself.  He will be deeply missed by his family and they will live life to the fullest to make him proud.  He is survived by his loving wife, Cheryl Dunch Bailey; sons, Christopher Bailey and his wife, Ashley, Tyler Bailey and Austin Bailey; brother, Dr. William Bailey Jr. and his wife, Laurie; and numerous nieces and nephews.  A memorial service will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday at the James W. Raymond C. “Rev” Pater

Raymond C. “Rev” Pater, age 96, of McKeesport, died Wednesday, November 27, 2019, at his residence.  He was born in Glassport on January 28, 1923 but became a life-long and proud resident of McKeesport at a very young age.  He is the son of the late Anton and Leona (Josek) Pater.  He was the husband of the late Bertha (Szilagyi) Pater, who died February 20, 1998. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Caroline Lucas, and brother, Joseph Pater.   He retired from General Motors' Fisher Body plant in West Mifflin with 35 years of service and was a member of the UAW.  He was a very devoted employee for GM always saying, "I asked them for a job and was grateful they gave me one" and always drove a GM car!

He is survived by daughter, Nancy (Peter) Anderson of Akron (Green), OH; son, Raymond J. (Linda) Pater of West Deer Township, PA; four grandsons and three great-grandchildren.  He loved his family, and we loved him, and feel blessed to have had him with us for so long.
