Catherine R. “Tina” Marshall, age 91, died peacefully after a long, full life on February 27, 2024. Beloved wife of 61 years to the late Dennis Marshall. Loving mother of Christine (Tom) Grove, Michele (Mike) Hageman, and Laura (Bob) Collins. Grandmother of Dr. John Grove, Kaitie Grove, Adam Grove, 1st Lieutenant US Space Force - Matthew Hageman, Marshall Hageman, Nick Collins, and Megan Collins, and sister, Lucretia Zangrilli, and sister-in-law, Mary Lou Orlando. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Salvatore Orlando, and N. Anthony Orlando.

William "Bill" Michael Chorgo, 77, of Elizabeth Township, passed away at home on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. He was born May 3, 1946 in McKeesport and was the son of the late William Michael Chorgo and the late Florence (Palm) Butcher Chorgo. Bill was a retired Regional Sales Rep for Super Value Foods. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War as a Master Chef while stationed in Germany.

Virginia Evanchak, age 93, of Liberty Borough, died at home on February 24, 2024. Born July 1, 1930, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late George "Huck" Kiehl and Mabel (Lukehart) Kiehl and wife of the late Robert Evanchak. Virginia was a member of the former Good Samaritan Church in Liberty Borough, where she volunteered as a Sunday School Teacher.
Virginia was known for her passion for card games, spending countless hours playing solitaire and especially 500 with her family. Her skill and laughter during these games will be dearly missed. Her talents extended to the kitchen, where she delighted everyone with her delicious homemade baked goods, including legendary pumpkin pies made from pumpkins grown in her garden. Even her grandson's friends eagerly anticipated a taste of her pumpkin pie.

Loretta Peters, age 89 of North Huntingdon, passed away on February 26, 2024 at her home alongside her beloved husband William. She was born on July 15, 1934 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Frank and Helen Szajna Dulnikowski. Prior to her retirement, Loretta was employed as a traveling Marketing Representative for Hallmark, and curated extensive collections of ornaments for all of her grandchildren. She also worked as a Secretary for G.C. Murphy's in McKeesport. She was a member of New Hope Church. Loretta loved reading ( most especially cookbooks), line dancing and polka dancing at the SNPJ with her husband William. She was a self-proclaimed fashionista and enjoyed anything sparkly. Loretta was preceded in death by her brother, Frank Dulnikowski, Jr. She is survived by three children, Charisse Peters, Holly Wrote (Robert), and Brian Peters (Cheryl), grandchildren Maria (Josh) McIntyre, Olivia Kegg (John Fedorek), Julia Kegg (Nolan Wolfe), Alexander Wrote, Adam Wrote, Evan Wrote, Jackson Wrote, and Joshua Peters. Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon PA, on Friday from 2-4 P.M. and 6-8 P.M. A funeral service will take place in New Hope Church in North Huntingdon on Saturday at 11 A.M. PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO THE CHURCH. Interment will follow in Irwin Union Cemetery. William S. Peters, age 91 of North Huntingdon, passed away on February 26, 2024 at his home, alongside his loving wife Loretta. He was born in Seward, Pennsylvania, on April 21, 1932, a son of the late Paul Peters and Margaret Acesick. He was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, serving from 1952-1954. Prior to his retirement, William was employed through the Iron Workers Union #3 and worked on the construction of numerous iconic Pittsburgh landmarks including Three Rivers Stadium, the U.S. Steel Tower, and many of the city's bridges. William was a member of New Hope Presbyterian Church, and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Irwin. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed fishing with his grandchildren, hunting, biking on trails, exercising, and dancing at the SNPJ, Chrystal Ballroom and other locales with his wife Loretta. Hilda Mae Ahlin, 96, of White Oak, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024. She was born December 15, 1927 and was the daughter of the late August Birger and Agnes Teresa (Hedquist) Carlson. She moved to Clairton (Wilson) in second grade and graduated from Clairton High School in 1945. She married the late Herbert Ahlin on May 28, 1947, and had a son, David three years later in 1950 on her third wedding anniversary. She will be dearly missed and will finally be reunited with her husband, Herb, and her sisters, Arlene (Tom) Barnes and Elvina (Richard) McCorkle. In addition to her son, she is survived by many beloved nieces and nephews.

Joachim and Anne Parish - the former St. Mark's Church, Agnes was preceded in death by her husband, the late Joseph Prisbylla, who passed away September 12, 1993, and her siblings: Joseph, Frank, John, Louis, and John R. Salopek, Mary Francetic, Margaret Thompson, Ann Hafner, and Katherine Marlatt. She is survived by her children Barbara (Bernie) Krah of Saltzburg and Lawrence (Laura) Prisbylla of Castle Shannon; her grandchildren Brian Krah, Michael (Molly) Bennett, Sarah (Mike) Dmowski, Benjamin Prisbylla, and Hannah (Anthony) Auberzinski; her great-grandchildren Madison Krah, Miles and Maggie Bennett, and Sobek Auberzinski; her dear friends Diane Carr and Laura Conrad; her sister-in-law Stella Muschweck; and also nieces and nephews.

Richard "Rich" J. Croyle, age 75, of Clairton passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024, at home. Born March 21, 1948, in Clairton, he was a son of the late William Henry and Annette Ruth (Burnside) Croyle. He worked as maintenance for Steel Valley COG in Homestead and was an Army veteran serving during Vietnam War. He was a member of the American Legion, Daniel Keffer Post #75, a former member of the Clairton Business Planning Commission, and a purple heart recipient.
